It was close to the train station and we were able to leave our baggage there right away when we arrived, before visiting the city, and after check-out. Very nice staff.

Problem with hot water in the evenings and nights in our room. Man at Reception was very apologetic and polite about it and offered a solution to our satisfaction.

Good location for nearby Central train station. Helpful staff, decent room, comfortable bed. Enjoyed breakfast too. Safe car parking (extra charge).

I t was useful to have breakfast provided and there was a choice of English breakfast, croissants and breads, cold meats, salads and cereals, with tea, coffee and juice. The cooked food wasn't that tasty; I'd recommend the croissants, or if you want to save money, there are plenty of cafés on the main road. I had one small problem with my bathroom, but it was dealt with as soon as I reported it.

The hotel was near the station and easy to find. It's within a minute or two of several cafés, restaurants and shops. The reception process was quick, and efficient. It was handy to have a drinks vending machine. My room had everything I needed, including a fridge which was very useful as the weather was hot when I was staying. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower.

We couldn't make the AC work but it is okay we opened the windows and the only noise we got was from birds in the morning.

The morning receptionist, Nabin was very nice and sweet, the accomodation was fine (good quality for the low price).

Staff is helpful, allow us to securely store luggage next day. Room is high up, quiet, and big. Location is good, close to train station.

My second stay was of the 2nd floor. If you sleep with a window open, then you will hear everything such as garbage collectors, drunk people screaming etc. My first stay was on a 3rd floor, it wasn't that much of an issue then.

The location is close to the train station. If you travel by train, this hotel is one of the best options for you. Nearby restaurants and cafe's are good.

We saw in the reviews the rooms were cold and that was true considering it was March the outside temperature was warm. There was a small electric oil filled radiator which helped but was too small to heat the whole room and the bathroom was cold. We managed ok and it was better on the second day once it warmed up but wouldn't like to be there mid winter.

The hotel location near to the train station, metro station and diamond sector was fabulous. Lots of food choices near by and shops. Got the metro to go out and about. Staff were very nice and the breakfast was good once they found English breakfast tea for me! The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The walk in shower was good but flooded out a bit.

The walls were very thin. Could hear the guy next to me talking to someone for a long time at nighttime. The toilet was a little high to be sitting on. For a 5'5 tall man.

The location was near the train station. The price was great. The staff was friendly.
