Last year the room was great, but this year our room had a horrific smell which we were told was due to a lot of rain affecting the drains.

Beautiful location and ideal for us as a stop between the U.K. and Switzerland. We like that they have a family room so it keeps our costs down. They serve a lovely breakfast in the morning.

This is a lovely hotel on a small lake. It is really quiet and relaxing. The room was large, the breakfast very good. There is a restaurant and a water sports centre nearby.

It's a great pity that one has to wait until 15.00 before getting into a room, mainly because one has to organise travel times around the hotel. Rather than the other way round. The breakfasts are good, plus the staff are very helpful too.

Curtains could be a bit better closing and unsure about heating or cooling of the room. Room on road side if you need the window open for fresh air does produce a bit of noise.

Hot water had an issue but was resolved in 5 minutes, so no issues.

Although stated as “dog-friendly” dogs are not permitted in the bar or restaurant (for breakfast), although you are allowed to leave dog in your room.

Nice location and very friendly check-in. Clean room and easy parking. Lovely walks around the lake.

We recently stayed at Hotel Bô Rivage and had a pleasant overall experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made my stay much more enjoyable. The room was generally comfortable, although there are a few things that could be improved. First, the sealant in the kitchen and bathroom could be cleaned or replaced. The flooring in the room was also not as cozy as I would have preferred; tiles are functional but a carpet or warmer material might have made the space feel more inviting. Additionally, I had some trouble with the WiFi in room 11. The signal was very weak (only one bar), which made it difficult to connect with my phone. The parking lot is spacious and convenient, but I think it would be a good idea for the hotel to consider adding a gate or fence to make it more secure in the future, as currently anyone can access it. On the positive side, breakfast was excellent – a great variety and everything was fresh and tasty. I was very satisfied with that! Overall, a good stay with a few areas for improvement. I would still recommend this hotel, especially for the friendly service and great breakfast!

Absolutely loved this place - wonderful staff, so welcoming and accommodating. They were super friendly made my dog and I feel at home! Location is perfect, had a lovely walk around the lake and a nice breakfast.

New pillows required - mine was very lumpy with very little filling which made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. Shower water spilled on to the bathroom floor, drain needs cleaning probably It would have been nice to have a toaster available at breakfast

Well situated hotel a short walk from the town and overlooking a local lake with access to woodland walks. Clean, modern interior and plenty of free parking. We had dinner in the restaurant which was very good
