A bit of a walk from the main part of Spa.

Milou was a great host, and the cottage was just what we needed to spread out a bit after traveling in hotels for the previous month - spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, and parking was easy.

Milou (the host) met us upon arrival to explain the facilities available and show us to our room. The house is beautiful with lovely garden and well maintained. The breakfast was exceptional.

Milou was a absolute legend. We have stayed at some very high quality hotels and guest houses but not one of them had a manageress as good as Milou.

The hostess is super nice and helpful. She really wants our stay to be perfect. We had a very big room on the second floor. Breakfast is wonderful. The location is great: close to the center (less than 10 minutes walk) and in a quiet street.

The place, comfort, cleanliness-great! You feel comfortable to disconnect and enjoy the moment. While the old house is extremely charming, it can be noisy at times, but this didn’t prevent us from having a good stay.

Beautiful b&b near the center of Spa. It had a cozy, homey feel to it. Everything was clean and the host was lovely. The breakfast was amazing and everything tasted homemade!

Slightly off-center from Spa but within easy reach of the center (15 minutes maximum on foot), this delightful, beautifully renovated property has enormous charm. There's a soul here, and the owner has turned it into a real gem. Everything is clean, the furniture is authentic (not modern plywood) and the hostess is utterly charming. A little extra: the floor is made of solid wood planks. But it's been so well thought out and manufactured that the floor doesn't squeak. The breakfast is excellent. And as it was Christmas time, the house was decorated to reflect the magic of the season. We'll definitely be back, it was so pleasant! It really was!

Fantastic location , 10 miles from the Spa GP circuit and a 8 minute walk into Spa town centre where there are lots of bars and restaurants Very safe on site parking so I felt my car was safe The breakfast was first class and was asked how I’d like my eggs every morning , really set me up for the day The Room was very clean and bright and the shower was really powerful The owner also booked tables for us at the local restaurants as a few were really popular and for good reason ( Oliver’s pizza place ) is just the best pizza I’ve had I will be booking for next years GP for sure

It is a great 19th century stately villa, lovingly maintained. The host, M. Verberne, (who has an astounding command of German, French, English and Dutch) succeeds in creating a friendly and very hospitable atmosphere. Our room was large and quiet, with a very good bed, with first class amenities. And topping it all off, there’s beautiful house cat Beertje

We loved almost all aspects of our stay. If we nitpick, the only points for us would be having a better sound-proofing of the cottage (although only the late night DJ event penetrated) and an option for a fan during these summer months (the rooms have heating options, but the bedroom got really warm in the evenings).

We had an amazing stay! Luckily, we had an entire cottage to ourselves; it had a huge living room, a kitchenette and a private bathroom with tub. The room allotted for us was quite spacious. It had a large bed, two chairs, a couch and a medium sized wardrobe. Really good value for the money. Lucas was a great host. We loved chatting with him about Spa, cats, paludariums and several other topics. The star attraction of our stay however was Little Bear, the PR Manager of the property. He takes his job very seriously, keeping all guests entertained, and making everyone feel at home. :-) The breakfast spread was really nice. The location of the property was perfect for us. It was only a 10 minutes walk from Spa station and the city center, while being in a secluded private neighborhood. Apart from a Saturday night DJ event at the tennis club nearby, we had a wonderfully quiet retreat.

This is the best place I have booked in recent years. Just amazing how beautiful and confortable it is - with attention to every detail, with all the love given to the house and to guests. It feels like at home, even better than that. Lots of space, beautiful garden, parking, close to the centrum and to the Thermes. A true rare exemplary to all other hotels and BnBs.

An excellent place to stay in every aspect. A lovely quiet location on the edge of Town. A stylish and well maintained property, with a lovely continental breakfast provided. Lucas and ‘little bear’ were amazing hosts, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. A shame we didn’t have time to make use of the sauna facilities.
