A place where you naturally feel good, and where everything is done to make you feel good. Well-equipped, with all modern amenities, nothing to complain about. More than just an ideally located place in a great neighborhood with excellent access to all amenities, it's a pleasure to be there. I would have happily stayed ;-) I highly recommend it. In addition, the little touches —a bottle of fresh water, a few coffee capsules, and a base of condiments— show the extra pleasure to share a way of making at ease, and the importance of conveying the idea of ​​also sharing something pleasant. Furthermore, the communication with the host is clear, efficient, professional, and pleasant.

The sofa as an extrabed was not the most comfortable/long enough.

Staying at Flat Molière was absolutely fantastic. Amongst the many positives to this place, the highlights for us were the great location (only a grew minutes on a tram to the centre plus a ver walkable and safe area around with plenty of restaurants and bars), how clean the place was plus the kindness of the host and concierge on site! 100% recommended. I would only change the additional blankets that are placed in the closet, as they seem a bit small.

The room has everything you need for long stays. Very clean, with a large bath and a great heating system. The height of the bathroom fixtures is good, which is not always satisfactory in tourist facilities. Great location: the streetcar stop is very close and Avenue Brugman is full of beautiful buildings. The owner is also really nice and helpful. Full marks.

There were slight dust in kitchen counters which could be due to window was opened. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Its very close to city and midi station by tram without any change makes best place to stay. Also the apartment was good for a small family.David was a great host and definitely recommended.

A lot of care has gone into making this apartment a lovely comfortable home away from home. We felt there was a good use of space and plenty of storage. Great kitchen and bathroom and very comfortable bed. We appreciated being met by the gentleman on site and the host David checking that everything was ok. If we ever returned to Brussels we wouldn't hesitate to book in there again if available.

Solid good quality flat. Decorated with good taste and equipped with all essential machines, and coffee pods to save the first morning (well appreciated). David was prompt to answer if needed and helpful.

It’s a quieter, more residential part of Brussels which was nice for a change compared to the hectic European district where I have mostly stayed. Public transport was ok once I had figured out to take bus line 60- only downside that this line was overly crowded in the mornings and evenings, and a fewer rides at night. Tram lines also stop right in front of the building.

Very clean and well equipped flat. I’ll say is all you need for a short stay in Brussels.Easy access to city center and easy to go to / from Airport (BRU).If I’ll visit again Brussels for sure I’ll pick the same apartment.
