We all enjoyed our stay at Floréal but I will suggest the host in winter seasons. Please keep the rooms temperature warm so that we can sleep well at night after a long day travelling. We need to sleep well in a warm room.

Everything goes great 👍 nice location to visit around 😊 we got good restaurants and cafes to enjoy our trip in Malmedy. Staff very friendly and hosts responded directly our messages about what we needed to know about their place and to get public parking on the city itself. Rooms were clean 👌 and in evening the staff give us very good service and delicious dessert and good bier. Awesome 👌

Room/Bathroom equipment could have been better, e.g. the blowdryer was not working, radiator did not get super warm.

Directly in the city Center. Easy accessible. Nice breakfast. Comfortable beds and plenty of room. Organized setup of the room.

the only problem was that it was far more expensive.. horribly expensive during race week.. if it were any other week of the year it would have been 10 times cheaper... they took advantage of the situation.. the fresh towels in the room were dirty as well

the breakfast was great and the location couldnt have been better. the staff was very friendly and we still managed to communicate even though there was a language barrier

The restaurant downstairs does not have the best food, and we were not allowed to eat inside eaten outside with a lot of insects. And noise. The beds in the room are very comfortable but squeaky

Location, simple, cheap, clean, nice view.

No breakfast, but a very nice breakfast location at the bakery store next door. Center of the center, all facilties in 100 m. Simple but great value for money.

It was hard to find the hotel, it was hidden among all the bars and restaurants in the town square. On arrival, there was no reception, just the restaurant and we had to search for our key ourselves. It was odd not really seeing any members of hotel staff other than those behind the bar. No breakfast but there was a patisserie almost next door, but you might need to reserve a table for breakfast.

The room was small but comfortable. Good location in the very Centre of Malmdey. They looked after our bicycles and kept them safe over night.

No reception, just rooms above a restaurant that was hardly open. So no facilities at all. No coffee in the room. Noisy as center of town but was grand prix weekend so loads of party people. Very expensive for what it was but again, grand prix weekend....

Rooms don't really get cleaned every day although we got clean towels. It would be great to have the option of breakfast at the restaurant.

Great location, you have everything you need yo discover Malmedy comfortably with nice spacious rooms. We did not have any noise issues eventhough we were in the center.

Nice hotel to stay in with a group of (cycling) friends when enjoying the Ardennes. The hotel is also located in the city center of Malmedy which makes it great!

Uncomfortable bed, but ok for a short stay.

Everything was nice and clean. Also we came after the regular check-in time but that wasn't a problem someone in the restaurant downstairs helped us out and gave us the key.

Bed was literally about 12 inches from the floor. One year old was able to get off bed and reach the floor by himself. That low to the floor is 'hard" on someone over 6 feet tall. That "beds" were two twins pushed together ~ not even anchored together.

the breakfast was fine. Good selection ~ missing any "hot" items. Cold cereal, rolls, hard boiled eggs ~ nothing hot

There was no staff. The key was not left where it was supposed to be. Nobody at hand, so I had to call. I was told the battery of their mobile was low, so they would txt me, which they did. Restaurant/bar were closed. Stairs were very dirty, light switches partly working. Lots of noise from people outside after midnight.
