At the time of booking, the room assigned corresponded to the selected category, which—as stated in the description—includes a bunk bed, not a double bed. Regarding your comment about the area, we would like to emphasize that the neighborhood where our hotel is located is a completely safe and controlled part of the city. Moreover, we are currently celebrating a local festivity, which may explain the increased street activity and noise, regardless of the specific location. We understand that the noise level may have been disruptive, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
