United KingdomThe check in procedure and staffing. The instructions are not clear. We arrived during “staffed hours” and no one was there. Called the emergency number - which was also reportedly “staffed” - but no one answered. We were left outside for 45 minutes before finally walking down the strange side alley to find the keys. No apology from the hotel about the poor instructions or unstaffed emergency line.

BelgiumWe had booked a romantic night away from the kids at this supposedly "high-end" hotel — hoping for warmth, comfort, and relaxation. The result? A perfect immersion into the atmosphere of an alpine freezer. The room was freezing, with no proper heating whatsoever, and no solution offered. Apparently, we should have brought our own fireplace. After a few hours playing human ice cubes under the covers, we gave up: we left at 2 AM, completely frozen. Romantic? Perhaps... if you're a penguin. For this price, I expected a magical night. Instead, I got a survival training session. Avoid if you’re fond of your toes.

United StatesI really wanted to avoid writing a bad review but as I’ve been ghosted by the property regarding my refund, I guess I have no other choice. When I got to my room, the door was ajar and it had not been cleaned from the last guest. The bed was unmade and the bathroom was dirty. I genuinely felt unsafe in this hotel so I left. After contacting Booking.com, I received an email from the hotel letting them know about my experience and they assured me that Booking.com would refund the €400 I paid. Then the hotel ghosted me. It feels more like a hostel than a hotel.

NetherlandsFirst of all there is no reception or an office to help . Besides that, the music downstairs is too loud .. I couldn’t sleep until 4 am ( I would rather sleep in the street) . Last and most important thing there is no shower water as shown in the video below .. so imagine waking up after all this to take a bath and leave And you find no water .. worst hotel experience ever !

The hotel room was very nice and had a very nice bathroom. The room is very spacious and luxurious decorated. Parking space is nearby and train station as well.
