The room is not so confortable, the shower is "orrible" and the staff is not collaborative: doors were closed and they saw me outside waiting without inviting me to go in ... I had to call them on the phone!

The location is ok. Close to Charleroi Airport and close to main roads. It is even close to two cities bur still in a pleasent country side.

Wifi was a little sporadic at the time. I think the router was rebooted later in the evening as it became excellent and fast, but earlier it was non-existant.

Clean and comfortable. Good restaurant with tasty food too. The young lady who served us at the restaurant was terrific and so helpful as well. Close to the motorway, but not too close.

View from the room window over a roof and ventilation plant: but didn't matter! Bathroom a bit dated, with bathtap shower and a few chips. Could have done with toiletries.

Close to main road, easy to find and park, and checkin. Room bright and clean. Breakfast a little odd - self service gone mad with no time given and no staff, but breakfast area on the way to the rooms, and it was better than adequate. Room had a bath! Security of a rear car park. Lift.

Breakfast was disappointing. It was "self-serve", but I had never seen this in a hotel, and no one told us at check in that it would be self-service. So in the morning, we were looking for staff, but no one was around. So eventually, we helped ourselves. We had pre-paid for 4 breakfasts, but there were only 3. And the bread was sitting in an oven that didn't turn on (we did verify that it was plugged in). We have asked for refund for the missing breakfast, but we have not received it yet.

Room was very comfortable, and met all of our needs. We had a pleasant dinner in the restaurant.

Quality and quantity of breakfast can be improved. The room and specially the toilet is old, but still OK for the price. Finally, there was some noise from the road in front of the hotel. But generally still OK.

Large, comfortable room. Old but still decent. Hair dryer available. Self service breakfast available since early in the morning. The restaurant is pretty good! Location on a high speed communication road.

In front of the room was a coffee machine used by all guest. It was difficult to sleep because of the sound during night and early in the morning when breakfast time started at 6 a.m! perhaps the rooms at the end of the corridor didn't have such problem. Ours was the room no. 1 and in front of the coffee machine and breakfast tables. The sofa bed made noises as well. There was no coffee maching, water, glasses, etc. inside and I had to go out and grab the things that we needed. It was more like a restaurant having a couple of rooms on the second floor. The room was very warm. we couldn't open the window during night because there was no net guard on the window. We tried to adjust the accumulator but the warm in the room didn't change. Fairly difficult night. It might be tolerable if you have heavy sleep and usually don't wakeup with sounds around you during night. We didn't have breakfast there.

The view to the farm with full of horses was fantastic. The price was moderate and fairly worth it for one night quick sleeping. Easy to checkin-in and check-out Kind employees Quiet place out of the city but suitable if you have car

A couple of small points only, I prefer a wall mounted shower, not one you have to hold in a bath. At breakfast there were individual plates made up in the fridge of salami and cheese, no one seemed to take these, better a separated choice.

I chose this hotel as a convenient break in my journey and to explore a bit more of the area. I didn't expect to enjoy it so much. My room was big and the bed comfortable, simple and clean. Breakfast was available in an area close to the rooms, some have criticised the breakfast but I found it fine, There was plenty of car parking and the wifi worked. I ate twice in the attractive restaurant where the food was superb and the staff lovely.

the lack of attention to our booking and how the hotel is advertised on booking.com the bedroom presentation didnot make us want to go back

the hotel was not ready for our arrival and we had to knock on the window of the bar to get someone to deal with us. the heating was not switched on for us there were no towels and the bed was baddly made, but clean. the lift did not function and the breakfast room was cold. breakfast was OK coffee was good . the resturant attached was very good and we ate well and the staff were very attentive. we understand we were off season but we paid the advertised price and would have liked the details of our stay dealt with better. leaving the site at 8.00 the road was very busy and difficult to get off site.....

The breakfast, 8 euros was very poor, the croissants were old and very dry, no choice of bread just some old rolls, the meat and cheese looked like they were yesterday’s offering. Lack of choice of teas, jams. The yogurt was ok as was the fruit juice. Considering there is a restaurant downstairs I would expect a better standard of food on offer.

Had a lift to reach the bedrooms, good location on a main road, lots of parking. A restaurant on site below the rooms which looked good, but I did not eat there.

Would have appreciated a better air conditioning on such high temperatures and there was some noise from passing traffic as it was close to the road but this was acceptable.

Can't fault anything.

Friendly staff, who spoke English. Room was clean tidy and spacious. Nice breakfast at a reason price, including fresh strawberries. But the best thing was the fondue restaurant on site. It was excellent.
