I absolutely loved my stay at this apartment in the heart of Brussels. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed — a fully functional kitchen, washing machine, fast Wi-Fi, and even complimentary coffee and snacks. The location could not be better: just a few minutes’ walk from the Grand Place, with restaurants, shops, and attractions all around. Despite being in a lively area, the apartment is surprisingly quiet once the windows are closed, so I had no trouble sleeping. The host, Antonio, was extremely friendly and professional, providing clear instructions for check-in and always available to answer questions. In short, this apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s the perfect base to explore Brussels, and I would recommend it to anyone without hesitation. A true 10/10 stay!

The only thing to be aware of is the steep stairs up to the apartment, as there is no elevator. Carrying heavy luggage might be a challenge, but for me, this was a small detail compared to the overall experience.

Fifth floor and no elevator

The studio had all amenities one can need, if cooking and washing clothes is needed. Nice personalized decoration. Very central, close to Tram Bourse and Metro De Brouckere. Lots of restaurants, cafés and shops.

Independent of the great studio, the hard partying til 5-6 o'clock in this area Halles Saint Gery is a bit exagerated. Which can be a problem when trying to sleep with open windows in the summer.

You have to consider that this is the center - very noisy, especially from plasticine lovers demanding to be given some free plasticine. Also, it would not hurt to put mosquito nets on the windows.

The host was very attentive to ensure my stay was perfect. Excellent communication throughout my stay. Careful thought has gone into everything you need and more - even a water filter jug in the fridge to keep the hangovers at bay. Super excellent location - stepping out you are in the middle of a vibie street. If I return to Brussels I will definitely look to book this flat again

Not a dislike for me personally but other customers might want to be aware of. The flat I booked was on the 5th floor with no lift but it made me keep fit after all the unhealthy eating and drinking I got up to.

Great location and modern apartment. It's also very well equipped. The washing machine worked perfectly.

It would be great if the bedroom had some slim pillows, as all of them were quite thick. Also, the apartment is on the 5th floor, which makes it difficult to carry large luggage.

Perfect location, impecably clean apartment. It is unusual to find a place that is so well equipped, every detail tells about a caring host.

It is a clean, cozy, well-maintained, neat, warm, clean apartment, equipped with pretty much everything you need for a 2-3 day city-break in Brussels. It is located in the center of the old city, close to the Bourse. On the ground floor there are many restaurants and bars. It would seem that the location comes with the usual noise, but it doesn't - once the windows are closed, the noise from outside completely disappears. Nearby you have a subway station 4 minutes away and a bus stop about 7 minutes away, which is very convenient. There are 2 Carrefour stores nearby (aprox 8 minutes walk). The host is extremely welcoming and nice, helpful and attentive to the wishes and needs of the guests. Communication is extremely easy with quick feedback. He was very careful not to miss anything and gave us all the information we needed. The only inconvenience for older people or people with health problems is that the apartment is on the 4th floor of an old building and has no elevator, so it is a small effort. But we knew that in advance from the host and it wasn't a problem for us. I highly recommend. I would like to come back soon!

Great location from which to get anywhere in Brussels and for local things to do. Nice size for a solo traveller. Excellent facilities - everything that I needed. Host communicated very well with clear instructions and was always responsive to any questions.

The advertised narrow staircase to the 5th floor is a challenge with luggage. The apartment is fitted with fans and opening roof windows, but can feel hot.

Central location, comfortable and plenty of great features. Owner gave excellent instructions so everything was well explained. Queries were speedily answered.

In the very heart of Brussels. It was clean and had everything you could ever need. Nice place and spacious for a small place!

We unfortunately had very noisy people above us and had little sleep during our entire stay. Being below anyone in an apt is just the risk you take I guess. Also being on one of the top floors, it’s a ton of narrow stairs so be mindful of baggage. We only had carryons but we couldn’t imagine packing checked luggage up and down those stairs!

Perfect location and excellent communication from Antonio. Fresh milk, tea & coffee and biscuits supplied was a nice added extra. Would definitely stay again 👌🏻

Great location and immaculately clean, modern apartment. The check in was smooth and went as planned.

The apartment was on the 4th floor and no lift, so if you don’t do stairs well you will have trouble. Antonio fully warned of this up front and it wasn’t an issue for us.

The locations is good it’s in the centre of brussels! The house is very nice all the things you have is complete! BUT ITS PRICKING COLD INSIDE THE HOUSE I GOT SICK !! I didn’t enjoy staying for 2 nights they have big heater but it’s just a front it’s not working !!!
