Showers were a little basic and not luxurious. Communal space like hallways a little tired and could use some updating. But not a problem and would recommend staying here.

A lovely area just a few minutes stroll from the centre. Secure overnight parking just around the corner. Exceptional communication from the hosts, with all the details sent plenty of time before trip. Rooms large and pleasant and extremely comfortable beds.

If booking check the configuration of the rooms. We booked a room that had a mezzanine floor f was not suitable for us as 70 year olds. Fortunately we were able to swap with family members. We were disappointed the common areas weren’t opened as we had travelled from Australia & London and were looking forward to a common meeting area. We had the kitchen but it was a bit small for the 8 of us.

The position of the property was fantastic. The ongoing information provided by the owner was great & recommendations for restaurants & activities fantastic. Any queries were quickly answered .

Our apartment had a very creaky spiral staircase that felt a bit unsafe.

It wasn't perfectly clean but nothing crazy. Also we couldnt get the TV to work but no big deal.

The room was in a great location being walkable from everywehre we needed to go. Also, we accidentally woke up late but the staff guy was very accomodating and let us pack up our stuff without an extra charge or anything. Would stay here again!

Mattress was too soft, probably too old and needs to be changed. A fight to move the old curtains and they dont give enough privacy in the bathroom. There is no mechanical lock in the room. Anybody with the code can enter the room anytime. While the probability is low, a simple mechanical bolt will help the soul to feel psychologically more secure.

Location is good. Room was clean. Self check in is simple. Bathroom big and new.

The spiral staircase in our room made so much noise that it wakens others when used to reach the bedroom or bathroom at night. I advise the owners to fix this or replace these stairs with a better version. The shower in our room is quite tiny. The higher showerhead did not work, but the handshower was fine. Unfortunately it took a few hours before the owner could be reached when we and several other guests experienced a power breakdown in the evening. We could not use the kitchen supplies for coffee tea or the fridge, could not charge phones (needing a flashlight in the dark). It took about 15 hours to fix this, and turned out just a flip of the main switch. I would have expected a more empathic owner in this situation. A discount on our stay would be appropiate as well.

Nice room with separate bedroom at a loft in a beautiful old building. It is clean. Separate kitchen for all guests.

No breakfast as such, but a communal kitchen with microwave, table & chairs, fridge, coffee machine, all very useful Nicely appointed. Even coffee bags for the machine. Was unsure of the status of the milk in fridge - someone else’s. Age? But nice to see.

There was no kettle in the room, no big deal but unusual. The shower itself was huge but the pressure was quite bad unfortunately. Didn't detract from a nice stay though.

Lovely room in a good location in Bruges. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean with a good amount of storage. It's only a 5min walk to town and the walk there is nice too.

The place is located at 20 min walking from city center and 35 min from the train station. In the room we could not find wardrobes and clothes hangers either.

Very nice Big room, with 2 double beds. Everything was clean. Outside the room, There is a common share kitchen where coffee and tea is available, also fridge and microwave.
