The hotel was conveniently situated

The rooms were tied and clumsy. Poorly maintained with a lack of plug sockets. The shower wasn’t great for pressure. Although there was a full fridge in the room, no English Breakfast, coffee or milk was provided. The beds were hard. There were about 8 windows in the room, but weren’t easy to leave open as there were inner window. Luckily, it wasn’t too hot at night, so we could leave them closed. The lift was temperamental, and there were steps up to the lift and then within the bedroom.

Spacious and the building is beautiful outside. The location is good.

The decor is inconsistent in style, and the repairs are poor, cheap and of poor taste. The kitchen has no real function and is lacking in utensils.

The location is amazing!!! The view was spectacular.

It’s quite old and dusty. Not very clean. You’re mostly paying for the location and ambience. I would stay again mainly for the location, but knowing what I’m signing up for.

Mould on pillow and shower. Dishes had not been washed since last guests at least.

Great location, above a restaurant on the market square. Top flat spread across 2 floors/mezzanine. Great views and decked terrace off the top floor with table and chairs. One double room accessed through bath/shower room with roll top bath. Rustic with plenty of character but great value for family of 4 for 1 night. Breakfast is good but from 9am on Sundays when restaurant is opens and ordered off menu not a buffet.

It’s old floor board and open plan so quite noisy when moving around at night for others sharing.

Great location, so central, old charm, large space.

No air conditioning or fan in main room, suite was not cleaned well between guests, found some stale croissants in the cupboard, dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, hairs in bathroom, missing a towel, no dish towels, hot water in kitchen didn't work, bathtub drain slow to drain.

Beautiful, spacious apartment. Quirky decor. Very comfortable beds. Location couldn't be better with fantastic views of the Grand Place. The building itself is gorgeous to look at from the outside. Bar/restaurant downstairs.

Couch needs replacing. Not much interaction with staff. One staff member in particular was quite unfriendly.

Water pressure a bit low but overall excellent property

So much character. It was lovely and clean and had some little extras with it. Stunning location and lovely roof terrace. Staff in the restaurant were excellent.

I stayed one night in beautiful Brugge and had a truly lovely experience. Check-in was smooth and early, with a warm welcome from the friendly staff and Alan, the wonderful manager. I was offered a welcome drink, which was a nice touch. My room on level 2 had a charming La Bohème vibe—and the view over the Markt was absolutely priceless, like a million-euro postcard! The morning check-out was just as pleasant, complete with a complimentary cappuccino. Highly recommend this gem in the heart of Brugge!

Since it is on the square, it can still be noisy late at night and first thing in the morning (cleaning).

Location was AMAZING. The apartment was perfect for our family, lots of room for everyone and we enjoyed having the kitchen. Loved the windows overlooking the

place was a bit run down in places, but still very clean and comfortable. Some questionable items left in the wardrobe..

The property was not as described. Booking.com listing stated it was a 3 bed apartment, but there were only 2 beds and one of those was in the main living area. Property was meant to have a tumble dryer, which it did not. No tea towels in the kitchenette, so had to use a hand towel instead. Water pressure was very low, meaning that at times not water came out of the taps. Lots of broken items in the apartment eg flyscreen, windows, door handles. Both sofas had stains on them. Windows had mould. Some windows wouldn't open. Bare electrics. Property was meant to have flat screen TV's. It did not. The 2 TVs it did have were from before the turn of the century, and neither worked.
