Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NetherlandsThe room looked quite nice, but there are some downsides. The bathroom is open (no door or divider), so the toilet and shower are basically right in the bedroom. It was okay for me, because I stayed in the room by myself, but if I had shared it with someone I would’ve felt uncomfortable with this. Also, some things weren’t very clean. The floor underneath the sink area was very dusty and my trash bin had not been emptied (in fact it was completely full). The carpet in the hallway was also very dirty and really needs to be replaced. I also didn’t really understand why there was some sort of ‘case’ around the TV. It looked weird and the material can’t be cleaned properly so it was very sticky.
The staff were very friendly! I had forgotten to make a reservation for breakfast, but this wasn’t a problem. The breakfast was very nice as well.

Finland-It has air conditioner but it does not keep up with the heat, it was hot even with it set to the lowest temperature. -Carpet and walls are showing signs of wear, it is time for a deep cleaning and repainting.
Good location and easy to park. Very good breakfast, modern style renovation.

NetherlandsThe stay was really great but there is one thing that I really disliked: the fact that the bathroom was open, without a door to the room. plus the pillow was too soft. But all the rest is great. And it was super difficult to communicate with them before the arrival; after the arrival was great.
Great cost/benefit and location, especially if you are exploring Maastricht. Breakfast is quite tasty and the staff is very friendly and polite. Rooms are modern. You can easily park the car for free on the surroundings.

Good price/quality. Room is simple but sufficient. Apart from entrance door downstairs and hallway sounds it's absolutely quiet. Bedroom is dark. Beds are soft. It's about a 10 minute drive to Maastricht city center. In direct area there are nice hiking / biking routes.

NetherlandsBed frame is sticking out longer than mattress which looks strange and increases chance of hhitting your shins. Open bathroom is good space-saver but I prefer my toilet to have a door. Didn't use TV but it looks a bit worn (cosmetic damage on the set) and the set top box was balancing on top which also looks a bit sloppy and easy to knock it off while passing by.
If you have a car, this is a great option to explore maastricht and its surroundings from. The Room is nice and comfortable, although there are some improvements possible. Hosts are VERY nice and welcoming. Also check out the restaurant downstairs!

DenmarkBetter instructions on how to enter the building, and where to find a key.
The location was a perfect stop point on our journey from Denmark to France. We arrived quite late, and there was no-one to meet us - and we couldn't find a key! Fortunately someone from the next door bar helped us. Once inside, the room was perfect, and we had everything we needed. Sound proofing was great too -- there was a lively bar next door, but we couldn't hear it from the room. We found street parking which was OK, but would have preferred secure hotel parking. Breakfast the following morning was EXCELLENT, with very friendly staff.

Czech RepublicParking is on the street(free), not within the areal of the hotel. There is no door between the toilet and the bedroom, which makes the room more spacious, but it is not for everyone. You also hear the pipes from upper rooms. The staff was busy rather than friendly.
