We had a wonderful stay at the chalets. It looks like you a fairy tale. Very nice people, we had all the equipment we needed. It is a very small house, but you have everything you need. Breakfast was very complete. Nice sunset between all the tiny houses. We especially loved the chill zone, soo unique !

Only a microwave in the kitchen which we didn't realise (although there was a shared kitchen with an oven)and a better fly screen as the one on the window had a hole in it

The bed was amazing one of the most comfortable beds that we have slept in! Very spacious yurt We recommend the breakfast as it was fantastic and home made we only wished that we had tried the restaurant

Fantastic location, very good facilities and super helpful staffs. Just a right location to move away from busy cities. Hiking is easy and will visit again.

She was unfortunately quite unprofessional, showing a lack of respect towards customers and coming across as arrogant. It put a bit of a damper on what was otherwise a lovely trip.

I had a great experience staying at Les Refuges du Chalet. The location is stunning, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the accommodation itself was cozy, clean, and very well equipped. It offered incredible value for money — you really get a lot for what you pay, especially compared to other places in the area. However, the only downside to our stay was the attitude of the woman who appeared to be either the owner or part of the cleaning staff. She was unfortunately quite unprofessional, showing a lack of respect towards customers and coming across as arrogant. It put a bit of a damper on what was otherwise a lovely trip. That said, if you can overlook that one negative aspect, the stay itself is absolutely worth it. I’d still recommend it overall, especially for the quality of the lodging and the beautiful setting.

Muskito's , we did not bring any cream or whatever so we got surspized at night.

The warm welcome and explanation about the rules and way to use the facilities and shop. Very nice environment, we will recommend this to others for stay in Ardennen.

A very charming and cozy place in a beautiful location surrounded by nature. Perfect for escaping the city and recharging. The host is a very kind person, and the cabin was clean and had everything we needed. There’s also a kitchen and a fridge on site, which is super convenient.

The chalet was quite small, but it also added to the charm.

We absolutely loved the charming chalets – every little detail was thoughtfully considered, from the glassware and tea/coffee setup to the wine opener. The communal spaces and games created a warm, social atmosphere where it was easy to meet other guests. Don’t miss out on the breakfast – it was absolutely delicious and a perfect start to the day. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect!

Everything! The place is like in fairy tale. Incredibly cozy and warm chalets with the soul. You can feel that it is all taken care with love and trust to the guests. It has everything you need to cook and keep your food, also there is a heater so it is warm even in winter nights. I will definitely come back in summer 🤗

The double room is pretty small for two people. I would recommend it for couple of nights only. However, it can be a nice solution for solo travellers.

The place is just magic! Different from others, well situated, original and in contact with the nature! I felt like living with the Smurfs for a weekend! Very nice the breakfast, the welcoming spirit of the hosts and the restaurant close by! The centre of Spa can be reached either walking or by car.

It is like on the pictures but better. All the people working there were super nice. I had a little lodge which had everything you need and was super clean. The whole area reminds me of a Märchen, it's so magical and peaceful. The breakfast was good and enough to get me full. I can only recommend!

Honestly I loved everything

This is one of the most unique places I’ve stayed at during my long solo road trip in Europe The cabanas are so cute, small but completely full of all the amenities you need. The ambiance and the view is incomparable The attention to details was so thoughtful as well
