clearn， styled， good location, breakfast is good too

The large room, the bed, the bath / whirlpool, the balcony, the coffeemaker, breakfast, the superfriendly host, the car-park, location (25 minutes walk from Spa)

For us no issue, but you need to be able to walk the stairs

It was a great and refreshing spot for us. Owner was amazing. He took care of every detail. Would highly recommend. Beautiful calming balcony in our room. Nice breakfast.

Impecable staff. Great breakfast. Nice room, very good vibes. Spent afternoon discovering the woods, creeks and waterfalls nearby, and tasting the medicinal water sources.

The suite was perfectly designed and clean and was similar to the photos that you can see on the website. The staff also was so kind and respectful.

The breakfast was perfect, but just had a few options and you should not expect a full breakfast menu.

The overall welcome was spot on. The patron was knowledgeable and welcoming sharing with us aspects of the house, locality and wider area. The room was just what was needed for us and was well provisioned. The breakfasts were the best with a huge choice of continental breakfast items. The host was attentive and provided the little extras such as towels for the Spa. It was a great place to stay for a few days.

The hill which we walked up and down a lot of times. The 744 bs no longer passes the hotel and was rerouted in 2017 despite what Google says!

The bed is very comfortable, the house decoration was so tasteful, the breakfast was very good and most of all the service was excellent there. Thierry was outstanding as a host, thank you ver much for everything!

I cannot say there was something I did not like, but maybe some small fluffy carpets would make the room more cozy and warm. A couch could have also been nice to seat on at times and a small fridge in the room.

Beautiful spacious room and bathroom including a sitting area and balcony. Breakfast was excellent. Thierry, the host, was very helpful, ensuring our stay in Spa was memorable.

We had a very relaxing stay here. The villa is decorated with taste, it's also walking distance from Spa and in a good spot for various day trips nearby. The owner has been a great host, making our stay a home away from home for a few days. Thank you!

Hotel L'Ecrin d'O completely bowled us over. The house itself, build around 1900, has a most interesting architecture, quirky outside features, like a bridge across to the entrance door, a fairly large Koi pond below, balconies surrounding the house, wooden gladding. The host was extremely welcoming and helpful with all aspect of our stay in Spa, including directing us to the best tasting Spa water source, friendly and multi-lingual. The interior of the hotel is beautifully and tastefully furnished and decorated, starting at the reception to lounge and breakfast room (serving a lovely breakfast). Our bedroom was magnificent, large, tastefully furnished, with a wonderful balcony to sit on and rest. Mattress and pillow must have been of excellent quality. There is plenty of parking in the courtyard at the back of the hotel, or on the road. It all felt very safe. In every aspect, the hotel was more than we expected. I do hope that we get another chance to visit!

A bit far outside Spa

Wonderful house, beautifully decorated and laid out. Superb breakfast available. Most friendly and helpful Host. Great fish and Turtles! The walk into town does you good!

The hotel is in an excellent location just outside Spa. The owners, Thierry and Aurora are delightful - very friendly and always available. The hotel has a lovely feel to it and our room was very comfortable and spotless. The bathroom was well appointed and included a jacuzzi bath. Every room has a balcony and there is also a very comfortable sitting room and terrace available for all guests. We particularly appreciated the 24 hour honesty bar. Breakfast is excellent with a good selection. This was our second stay at the hotel and we will definitely be back.
