Rooms are very nice. There is a very convenient bus stop in front of hotel and you can ride down town is ca 10 minutes (nice walk via the Arenberg Castle park is roughly 30 mins)

The temperature in the room during the day was somewhat warm, there is no air-conditioner. Location depends on the stay intention. For a meeting at the University, the location was excellent. Otherwise, there is a 30 min walk to restaurants and a bit longer to the city. Not many grocery shops around.

My stay was very pleasant. The room is very cozy and quite, comfortable bed, but the pillow is a bit too small. The linen and towels are perfectly clean and soft. The stuff is very friendly and the breakfast is quite good with good continental selection, warm eggs and some pancakes. Nice inner garden.

My radiator was not running the first two nights in the evening, but it was turned on when I asked. There are no shops or restaurants very close to the hotel.

Breakfast was good. As far as I could tell, there was one person running the whole place, and he was attentive and helpful. The proximity to IMEC was great for me. There is one restaurant up the road that was great. I also walked into the city center one night and took an Uber back. I would stay here again if I visit IMEC again.

If you not meeting IMEC, you are not close to shops or restaurants. Breakfast was a bit basic, but good quality.

If you are visiting IMEC, it is five minutes walk away! Good B&B with spacious rooms and the rooms at the back have only the sound of bird song. Close to the woods and countryside, great for a run. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and good shower.

Lavan is located very close to IMEC, but it‘s possible to walk into town or to take the bus. The room was very clean, the bed is comfortable and there is a big desk to work. Breakfast was very rich, I missed nothing. Folks there are very nice! Thanks

The stair case was a little steep for me.

Evangeline was amazing. Took care of everything ad more. Liked the flexibility and well planning for the check in and departure. There was a heat wave and received a floor fan to cope with the situation - caring to make sure things were better. Food was great. The koi-pond and the birds were delights. Very conveniently located for my stay. THANK YOU.

We could use an extra pillow on the beds.

Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Hosts were excellent, very friendly, helpful and gave us information about Leuven. We could park the car in front of the hotel, there was a closed off bicycle storage. The accommodation is about a mile from the centre of Leuven. The breakfast room was pleasant and the breakfast was very good.

This B&B is a very nice place to stay in. Has a super cute back garden, the bed was comfortable and breakfast is nice. It's not located at Leuven center but the bus trip to get there is like 10-15 minutes and the bust stop is literally at the door. I will definitely come back if I go to Leuven again.
