Very little to be honest, my only thoughts are that the car parking is a little tight, probably made worse by the vehicle I was driving..

A beautiful boutique hotel, off the beaten track, with an outdoor swimming pool and lovely gardens. Breakfast was amazing and very special indeed, with very personal service from the staff.

Just be aware access is along a cobbled road, but don't let this put you off, the property and gardens are stunning.

The access road is in bad shape, but fortunately short. Also, property has no elevator to rooms upstairs, so persons with mobility issues may find the stairs a challenge. We managed them with caution.

Charmig house and garden with swimming pool, lovely hosts, make you fel like a family friend. A crackling fire in the fire place had been prepared for us in the living room when we arrived from dinner in a nearby restaurant on the chilly day we stayed there. Breakfast was delicious.

The rooms are in a beautiful old manor house surrounded by exceptional gardens. The rooms were very comfortable, very clean and decorated with pieces of furniture from the house. Our room had a lovely attached bathroom. It would be best to have your own car if staying here, but we did find a restaurant that is walkable for dinner (about 20 mins along a country lane).

Navigation to the house is a little tricky up a narrow, cobbled road, but this is all part of it's character.

The location is beautifully secluded and so peaceful, with lovely gardens and pool area. Our hosts were most welcoming, and the room was full of character and so clean (as was the whole house). The ample breakfast was wonderfully presented in the lovely dining room. A real gem of a stay, and if relaxation is your aim, then this is just the place to get it.

They have roosters and it was a bit annoying in the early morning.

It was a really unique place. I enjoy the architecture and old style of the house. The furniture and accessories were really interesting. The family were really friendly and the breakfast that they prepared was really delicious.

Difficult to reach and stay there, if one does not have a car. Taxi service at city level is not good. We were lucky as the owner made us meet an excellent driver and superpunctual!

A gorgeous house with a stunningly beautiful garden and surrounds. The house is decorated beautifully and felt very homely. A good breakfast is provided as well. The pool is an unexpected bonus and since the weather was good, we could enjoy the sunshine, and for the braver of us, a dip in the (heated) outdoor pool. We really felt at home.

You will meed to eat out which means driving or taxi into centre of Mons

This was an amazing find. It will not be everybody's cup of tea. This is a stunning 18th Century country house and gardens that has been in the same family for generations. The current owners are gradually returning the house and gardens to its former glory. It is furnished with antique furniture and our room had clearly been recently updated with new bathroom and shower.. Breakfast was simple and packed with local produce. A lovely experience.
