Everything is fine. The price is very expensive, but all Durbuy is expensive. The beds are comfortable, but too soft for me.

Location is very good, close to down town. Free parking is provided by the Hotel. Room is spacious.

Cleaning and towel replacement. Cleaning was scheduled on Sunday but we asked to stay in the room. No further cleaning was provided although we hoped one would happen

Cleaning could be improved. The ashtray on the terrace was not emptied from the previous guests. The kettle has limescale. There was dust on the Wifi connection information sighboard.

The only reason it’s not a 10 is that the room was damp. The sheets felt damp and after a day so did our clothes that we had left in the room. I’m sure it could be solved and the place was very clean, so would still recommend!

Great location, nice owner, the room is very neat and the bed and shower are comfortable.

Some noise from the street as cars drive by. Didn't bother us, but it might bother some.

Very good and comfortable place to stay. The city is small so it's also an easy walk from everywhere. Own parking helps a lot and the rooms were modern and beautiful. Room felt fresh and it was probably renovated recently. The owner was very helpful and friendly.

The noise around. The shampoo and shower gel were not enough (tiny bottles) and had no smell. The walking bath is slippery.

Comfortable bed, nice river view, extremely clean, beautiful cosy place and the owner offered us the parking.

Only 'remark' is that we had to call the owner to get the key. There is no doorbell and it's not instantly clear where you have to be even though it is marked on the side of the building.

Great location, price, parking. Clean and cozy, nothing more than expected, but correctly described on booking.com. Owner invited us to watch the world cup at the local pub, which was a nice sign of hospitality.

The room was quite warm during the night, and since there was no cooling, we had to open the window. However, the street outside can be lively, which might affect light sleepers.

I appreciated the free private parking, and the location is excellent—very central with easy access to everything.

The room was tidy up but I could see dust in some areas, like in the bathroom. Communication was a bit challenging as all the messages I received were in french. There was no safe box in the room.

Spacious room and the bed was comfortable. appreciated that they had some water and fridge in the room. Location is good , although it can get a bit loud if your room is on the street.

It was over priced. In the locality there were no super markets or those kind of shops to buy daily need stuff. Frequency of public transport to reach the hotel is not too often.

The location in terms of being picturesque and in the lap of nature was good.

If you happen to book a room from the street side, it is very noisy due to traffic on the main street and the echo of a small medieval street. As we encountered warm weather, openning window was a necessity which made street noise even worse. That's the only min-point.

The key advantage of this place is the location - in the tourist village, nice surrounding. The room size was fine, bathroom and overall cleanliness very good. The same holds for beds - wide and comfortable. We could park at the property as well as leaving our bikes in the storage location.
