Friendly staff. Great location. Good breakfast (9 euros).

The dorm was too small for the number of beds, in my opinion. Only small lockers available and not in the dorm.

Location was great, room was comfortable and bed good. I was a little unwell, so my discomfort was related to me not feeling well more than the room.

I had to share with some men and they were a little noisy at night, but again this could have been because I was unwell and a little sensitive.

The hostel is conveniently located within walking distance from the train station. The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfy.

There was no bedside light, only a central light and light near the wash basin which meant that any time someone came in at night they had to turn on the main light. It also made it difficult to go to the loo in the middle of the night without disturbing everyone.

The girl at the front desk was super nice. The common áreas were beatiful and comfy. Everything was perfect

The room is clean and the atmosphere of the hostel is calm and cozy. The staffs were welcoming.

Shower downstairs had no shower hose.

Great location very close to the train and bus station as well as to one of the main squares, nice patio and guest kitchen..very clean. My only objection the beds im shared dorm arr still metalic ones ..the ones that make noise snd that you hit your head, no plug nor shelf nor curtsin ..no privacy

The location was great. Great outdoor terrace and lounge area for use. Short walk from the station. Friendly staff. Plenty of toilets and showers and all spotless.

During our stay it was in the middle of a heatwave. Could have used a fan in the room but it wasn’t that uncomfortable or noisy with the windows open. Couple of clothes hangers would have been a nice touch too.

The staff was very nice and polite, and the location is excellent. Common facilities were quite good.

A few things in the room could be better, for example, with individual power outlets for each bed. Also, some parts could be cleaner.

The common area was perfectly equipped (especially the kitchen), the beds and showers were clean and pleasant

The ventilation in the rooms could be better.

The price was low and the breakfast was varied and delicious.

Sleeping with five others in a dormitory is obviously not what i am used to anymore at the age of 55, but i managed.

Very convenient for the railway station. Friendly staff who were very helpful. Good location near to the sights. Clean with a comfy room. Good kitchen for cooking own food, had all we needed. Liked the outside courtyard. Showers good too.

Could have had some more pans in the kitchen, but this isn't a criticism, just an improvement point.

The staff is friendly; there are several convenient places around (colruyt, the train station, printing shops); the kitchen is well equipped; the showers are ok; there are free locker - no need to give a deposit

The basement floor badroom isn't well equipped; the shared room is noisy; the price is a bit high compared to brussel's hostels
