The sink in our chalet room was really tiny. It would be great if they installed sinks the same size as in the Baroque room. Another recommendation: mosquito nets in the windows.

If you like Coraline, Nightmare Before Christmas, Death Note, Star Wars, or if you like nerdy stuff in general, then this is the place for you. Lomalienne is anything but conventional. The rooms themselves offer everything a traveler needs: comfortable beds, a bathroom, and coffee-making facilities. We enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back.

The fridge and Microwave are hidden away in one of the many rooms. There were no staff to ask so a phone call was necessary to locate.

The room was pleasant and the curios were interesting. Great shower, comfortable bed and good size TV.9 It was a very reasonable price.

An exceptional and unusual place to stay...steampunk meets gothic horror, lovingly created and with luxurious and comfortable rooms. Well,worth a visit, even if it is a little off the beaten track. Maybe don't take small children, who could be scared by some of the exhibits, though teenagers will love it! Take your own breakfast items.

Some of the family members felt that the breakfast room looked dark. There could have been a little bit more cutlery and cups.

Lomalienne is something else. The thematic movie style set up makes it that there is every time something else to see. The rooms are clean, everywhere is a coffee machine and down is a fridge, water cooker and coffee machine, so you can make your own breakfast or order a breakfast. The host was very welcoming.

Very unusual place to stay! Quirky and fun! Lots of retro things and scary models! Which we found amusing. No one was there to meet us as we were later arriving but a note was left with instructions to room etc. Brought our own breakfast, bread coffee etc, had use of a fridge to put milk in etc. Great different overnight stop! And experience!

No fridge. Stairs could do with more lighting. As an older person, I felt quite nervous going up and down. Atmosphere over safety.

Museum by day, hotel room by night. Large bed. Young people would probably love this experience.

We visited in the winter. Could do with more heating in the building or consider underfloor heating as the room was warm but the floor was cold to walk on.

I liked the style of the accommodation and the welcome received from our host. Also the cleanliness of the place and accessibility to restaurants, bars and all mod cons was within a 10mins drive. The facility had plenty of games to entertain all ages. Very quirky design.

Bathroom is a bit of an unusual set up, but was clean. Shower could do with some more light. Parking wasn’t so well signposted.

What an amazing place, full of character and totally unique. The room was clean and very cozy. There are lots of extra things you can do, games ect. Very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend, we wish we had time to stay longer. The owner was also very welcoming and showed us around the property.

Quirky and unique place to stay, the bedrooms are in an old bakery which has lots of other interesting rooms with lots to do and features to explore. It has very peaceful, comfortable spacious bedrooms and it’s amazing value. The location was very quiet but not very far from the motorway. We stayed overnight on our travels to Southern Germany and it was a perfect oasis of calm after a long trip. We had a great nights sleep, woke fully refreshed and we loved the whole place which is a credit to the owners. We will definitely stay here again.

Urban style of the venue. Out of the ordinary. Nice welcome of the host who did a tour of the venue together giving us a thorough explanation of the history of the building. On top of that, he kindly ironed my shirts for free as there was no iron in the bedroom. He was also very flexible fir the check-out hour
