Long wait at the restaurant for our food due to limited staff. Missed a toilet upstairs in the bathroom. Spa area is not very big, 20 people and it’s cramped.

Spacious houses, modern bathroom and all equipment to cook. Nice touch on the welcome bag with essentials for first day (toilet paper and cleaning supplies). Very nice spa and restaurant.

Was missing a big mirror to check our outfit, a clock, the key of the upstairs bathroom and there were quite some old spiderwebs (not weird if you’re close to nature and as a past cleaner you can easily forgot them). It was a bit noisy in the evening.

We had a lovely stay here, the staff are very friendly and till late to answer your questions. It was located in nature, not far from a town, so we could get our breakfast from the local bakery and supermarket which is a ++ except for the spiderwebs, was everything clean. We haven’t used to pool, because we were on the road all day, but from having a peak it looking really clean and relaxing! To be repeated! thank you!

In the house, the toilet of the first floor would be better if it would be complete

The wellness centre is very nice. It is a great place for relaxing and having a good time with the family. It is really a pet friendly place.

Basic accomodation. For accomodating 5 people, only 1 bathroom available which is downstairs and only a shower over the bath. The bath did not have any curtains or screen which meant awkward showering so as not to wet the floor which becomes very slippery. No bath mats available and we had to bring our own towels Sink was very slow to drain Basic kitchen with no toaster, only 1 small cutting knife provided Place smelled damp and there were flies about Linen was provided but beds weren't made

Services are falsely advertised. There were no towels and sheets were not on placed on the beds. The dishes were also dirty.

The house was very spacious and the facilities were nice with a nice play area.

Small detail, we had to make up the beds ourselves

The environment was very nice and the weather made it look like pure holidays. Nice playground, terrace, wide living room, great kitchen supplies. We didn't have time to do a barbecue but it was tempting. Me and my friends wished we could've stayed longer!

The program for the children to the swimming pool should be a bit longer, from 8 to 10 I think it is to early, but just my opinion

I took a chalet with my family. The cleanliness is not good. There are spiders in every corner of the chalet.However, the swimming hours with children are few, two hours in the morning and two hours in the evening.

but the pool is good and the facilities with the pool are good. The location is beautiful and wonderful in relation to nature.

The fact that the bathroom only has a bath (shower is there but you can not stand up straight). No towels included. Near to a Red Cross facility. House was dirty.

Worst thing: the mattresses are very bouncy are covered in plastic. Impossible for the body to breathe while sleeping, and therefore it gets very hot. No way to take a shower, there’s only a bathtub with no curtain. House got easily dirty from the grass picked up by shoes, and the the toilet was by entrance vestibule where all dirty shoes are stored, which made using the toilet while barefoot impractical. No water kettle available as opposed to what was advertised.

Spacious, well located, friendly staff, great swimming pool and spa.
