I got a warm welcome at the counter and received clear instruction as to how the lift works and how to get to my room (the building is quite old but I found that to have a certain charm) The room was cosy and quiet at night. Very close to the beach and value for money. Ideal for solo travelers.

The toilet could be a bit cleaner. During my visit there was no hot water due to a technical defect, but this is certainly not the normal standard.

Friendly welcome and convenient check-in. Rooms with sea view and short walk to the beach. Small refrigerator in the room. The furnishings aren't new, but they're in good condition. Beds were comfortable, I slept well.

A lovely old hotel, run by a very welcoming family. I like that it has a bit of history and some interesting things in it like the beautiful Art Deco window in the comfortable lounge/bar and the old lift. The location is perfect, close to the station, the beach, tram stops, shops, restaurants and bars.

Necessary to improve communication skills, behaviors, and the treatment of guests by the owner. It is not acceptable to scream at customers and tell them that they can leave the hotel if they have any remarks/questions. The worst experience from a hotel ever.

We liked everything, no complaints whatsoever.

The staff is so velcoming and warm and ready to help you in any way they can. We learned some more stuff on a local level which is always interesting. The breakfast is absolutely excellent and a lot to choose from and the staff asked us if there was anything extra we wanted - fried, scrambled, boiled eggs or bacon so it was all freshly cooked. There was no rush when it came to cleaning the room, if we were still in, they asked when it would suit us best. And you can leave your bag after check-out should you want to until you're ready to leave (the town by train, bus or cab).

We slept very badly. Have been to numerous hotels in my life and have never been in one where the sound isolation is so bad! You heard EVERYTHING from the other rooms (flushing toilets, slamming doors, showering). When someone sneezed I thought they were in our room (sounds funny but actually its really not nice)… I could understand conversations from the room next door… this is really not done. Makes you feel like you dont have privacy at all. Felt tired after those two nights there…

Breakfast was nice! Location was good as well. The room was warm, heating worked well. Style of the hotel is outdated but could be charming for some (it has a lot of potential after serious renovation).

The room don’t was totally clean. The heats work only sometimes (now is already cold) Don’t have also enough hot water and pressure! The only good about this property is the location and the bed was super comfortable, but we don’t will back in this hotel again! the price in booking was 56 €, after we paid there 110€.

Great location, great hotel! Loved staying in this hundred year old plus hotel. The breakfast - buffet style - was really good as there was a lot to choose from. The staff was all very helpful and welcoming too. I definitely want to stay in this hotel again, and soon :-)
