The location was great. Mostly quiet area but within walking distance of the Markt square and other attractions.

We were on ground floor and the traffic could be quite loud. The shower gave us a bit of a problem as it tended to leak on the floor and then we would be using our towels to mop up.

Location, location, location. Easy communication with the owner.

Terrible odor in the toilettes. The apartment was clean but it’s difficult to believe that the odor wasn’t notice before. Overpriced for what you get. Basic things, such the hand soap, was mixed up with water. After chatting about this with the owner, the answer was that they bring enough. You can judge based on the picture.

The location is the best, less than 10 minutes walk from the main square. There was also plenty of space and even thought the layout was unusual with all the locked off private rooms this was expected from the description. The owner communicated well and shared detailed information prior to arrival

Sadly the place does not live up to the pictures with furnature feeling quite old and tired. It could so easily be improved if the owner took note of all the feedback given here. Despite the pictures showing numerous cushions on the bed there was only one ver small square pillow per person which was very uncomfortable and more of a square cushion than a proper pillow. The shower tray also still leaks badly and has not been addressed despite numerous feedback from previous visitors. The linnens and towels seemed clean but sadly the rest of the apartment wasn't, with cobwebs and dead insects everywhere. There was also an issue with some kind of flying ants in the main bedroom. Bruges is a stunning city and we will be back but sadly not to this apartment.

The location is fantastic and the bedrooms were a lovely surprise, clean, comfortable and warm.

The layout is large but a little strange. For example, the kitchen is a small alcove of the hallway and doesn’t have its own running water. There is no communal seating, but table and chairs in each bedroom.

Great location and comfortable beds. Large bathroom

Shower leaks very easily. Not a great set up for drainage and extraction but pressure and heat of shower was always great.

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of central Bruges The beds were very comfortable The bathroom shower was great. The apartment was very clean and in a small, square. It was also very near a bus stop, which we appreciated, since we used public transportation from the train station.

The kitchen was small, without a table, but since we took advantage of the wonderful Bruges restaurants, that wasn’t a problem. The room is on the ground floor (which actually is a plus for us) and you could hear street noise. It was probably louder because we couldn’t close the shutters in the bedroom. (If we had talked with the hosts, they would have let us know how to close the shutters. It was a little tricky, but probably would have muffled the noise).

In a nice quiet part of the city and a great area to explore the camels, with plenty of choice for food and things to do. Great place if you have limited mobility.

The place was great for family of four or two pairs of adults. So would not be suitable if you are just two or want to do a bit of self catering even though a fridge and microwave is provided.

The location is great, a short walk from the main square and various bars and restaurants. Property was easy to access and Anita always answered any queries promptly. Great shower. Good sized rooms.

Parking needs to be clearer. There was originally a car park space with the property when we booked. We found the property ok to get to but finding recommended parking not so easy. If we visited again we'd either not drive or just park out of the city at the station (which was 2.60 euros for 24 hours). Property a bit noisy with passing traffic and passers-by (to be expected in the centre). Lay-out is a bit strange.

    Good location! GREAT location actually.

    - Super weird set up - which is fine, but honestly felt more like a hostel and wasn’t ever sure if we were alone or someone was using our bathroom - every door had a key and most were locked marked “private.” - Moldy ceiling in the bathroom (so bad smell as many stated) - Not enough pillows and very very flat - One bedroom had like a hole middle of the bed and in that bedroom that curtains on the outside didn’t work so that wasn’t cool. - Gnats or little fruit flies were in the main room (just a few but still gross). I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels/apartments in Europe and otherwise and honestly, I felt so uneasy here and just dirty. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Everything was awesome. You have a beautiful property. We would certainly recommend it and use it again in the future (We are Canadians but we live in France) PS. I left a note on the table mentioning athat we had found a key chain with lots of keys in the back Bedroom. They were not ours. We found them in one of the dressers in that room.

PILLOWS You need to have more in both bedrooms. Most of us are used to sleep with 2 pillows, i would think... Therefore 4 pillows per room sounds about right :)

Big beds. Lovely shower. Very central location.

Would have liked some more pillows in the bed. Booked with a car parking space, but unfortunately wasn’t available by the time we got there.

Nice location. Rooms were decent size. Big bathroom as well.

Need more pillows. Little confused with the rooms saying 'Private' as we didn't know if there was someone else living there. Also we noticed a kitchen in the apartment but our check in notes didn't mention it. It's good size room and I think it should be part of the package.

It was in a quiet location, but within a few minutes walk if the main centre and markets. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable with two toilets and a very large shower room.

There was no coffee cups. One of the coffee machines didn’t work. The few glasses and the soup bowls we used for coffee were stained as was the mattress cover when we stripped the bed at the end of our stay.

Liked the comfortable bed and the excellent location. We liked the comprehensive instructions and information provided in advance. What would have been helpful would have been a mention of the fabulous Bruges Card which allowed us free access to museums for 72 hours. It was a brilliant find.

The shower in the bathroom flooded easily and there was no mop to clean up the water. We made contact with the owner but had no response at all. In order to fill the kettle we needed to use the bathroom, as there was no kitchen as such, just a corner with a fridge and a cupboard. We were four people and had 3 soup bowls plus one cup for our coffees and teas. Again the owner did not respond at all.

    Location.

Parking spot is tiny. The neighbour parks on the centre line. The beds are hard. No kitchenette. No washing up sink as you have to use the bathroom one. No dinning tables or lounge. The property is setup like a brothel establishment, doors everywhere with private rooms around every corner, did not feel safe. Last but not least, you have no control over the heating, it's all done via the owner which is very delayed!
