Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomArriving in the evening from Brussels Nord station was not a good idea. Rather an insalubrious and rather scary walk to the hotel.
Comfortable beds with a choice of three pillows plus a shower that actually drained!! Very good breakfast and friendly, helpful José at breakfast!

United KingdomThe area immediately outside the hotel appeared a little unwelcoming, but we didn't experience any issues.
The room was very spacious, we had an art junior suite. The bathroom was very large although there was only a shower. The beds were comfortable and we loved the coffee machine. We discovered a lovely restaurant area very close. Staff were great and we were able to store our luggage before check in. I would definitely return. Close to the underground and a shop over the road.

United KingdomExpensive breakfast
The hotel is very near the Botanic Garden and the metro station, within walking distance from Brussels Nord train station. Check in from 3 pm, early check in after extra payment. You can leave your luggage before your check-in and you can walk to the Botanic garden and rest under the trees. Refreshing water available at the reception. A wee shop at the reception if you need to buy anything. Breakfast- you need to pay €25 per person and half price for a child, we decided not to have it as I think it is too expensive for our taste. We had a junior art suite- fridge, coffee maker in the room, tv and we had a great view of the botanical garden. The room was spacious with comfy beds, although the lighting system could be more efficient in regards of keeping the room more Dimmed. Tend coffee and water replenished every day. Slippers and the robes are available to use within the room, although we noticed a lack of hangers in the bathroom. Car park for cars under the hotel for a daily fee. Gym on the top floor with nice views with enough equipment to get you going. Area in the minus one could be open to guests as it would be nice to play ping pong with my child, but it is only available for the meetings rooms guests.

United KingdomNothing that the hotel can fix but there are alot of homeless and people doing unsavoury things around train and metro stations including the one at the hotel. Also there is an old church across the street where a homeless community has set up camp. Felt fine going and coming during the day and as it was still light until later but would not have felt comfortable having to return in an evening.
The breakfast was very nice and a good selction, after eating out some mornings can say it is good value for money as well. Room was spacious and clean with all facilities you could need and complementary water every morning. Bed was massive and very comfortable. The staff were all very polite and helpful and they provided mini croissants and coffee machine in the mornings for early leavers. Location to city centre was not that far if you are ok with walking or there are tram, metro and bus stops just 5mins from the hotel door.

United StatesNothing, it was perfect!
We had a fantastic stay at Nhow Brussels! The hotel was absolutely perfect - clean, spacious and modern, with a sleek design that really elevated the experience. It's ideally located in the heart of Brussels, just a short walk from must -see sights like the Grand Place, Mannekin Pis and plenty of restaurants and gift shops. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast - it was superb! A great variety of fresh, delicious options that set us up perfectly for the day. A special shoutout to Ruby who was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Her warm and attentive service made our stay even more enjoyable - she truly went above and beyond. We would absolutely recommend Nhow Brussels and can't wait to return on our next visit.
