Design of the room is very good - really creative and modern. Welcome chocolate was really appreciated by children 🙂 The bathroom staff - body lotion, shampoo, towels - all were very good quality . Breakfast is very good also. I would like to stay here more than one night 🙂 thank you, Nhow Brussels Bloom guys!

    All was good

When I chose the hotel, I didnt expect it will be the best hotel in my European tour. Best value for money. Good location , powerful AC, Big room , Fantastic room styles, Multiple charging spots in the room. They put a toy and colours for my 7 years old daughter. The bathroom was huge with big sink and 2 facets !!

The whole decor of the hotel and the room was so modern and had a young arty feel to it. My son and I both loved it. The staff was really helpful and did it all with a smile and caring element also.

Nice and clean hotel. An interesting concept of room design in the Art style. Convenient location within walking distance of the city center. There is a botanical garden nearby

Arriving in the evening from Brussels Nord station was not a good idea. Rather an insalubrious and rather scary walk to the hotel.

Comfortable beds with a choice of three pillows plus a shower that actually drained!! Very good breakfast and friendly, helpful José at breakfast!

There were small problems with cleaning, like hairs in bathtub, but nothing major to complain.

Soundproofing, A/C were nice. The room is spacious and offers plenty of little things for people to use.

The area immediately outside the hotel appeared a little unwelcoming, but we didn't experience any issues.

The room was very spacious, we had an art junior suite. The bathroom was very large although there was only a shower. The beds were comfortable and we loved the coffee machine. We discovered a lovely restaurant area very close. Staff were great and we were able to store our luggage before check in. I would definitely return. Close to the underground and a shop over the road.

    Expensive breakfast

The hotel is very near the Botanic Garden and the metro station, within walking distance from Brussels Nord train station. Check in from 3 pm, early check in after extra payment. You can leave your luggage before your check-in and you can walk to the Botanic garden and rest under the trees. Refreshing water available at the reception. A wee shop at the reception if you need to buy anything. Breakfast- you need to pay €25 per person and half price for a child, we decided not to have it as I think it is too expensive for our taste. We had a junior art suite- fridge, coffee maker in the room, tv and we had a great view of the botanical garden. The room was spacious with comfy beds, although the lighting system could be more efficient in regards of keeping the room more Dimmed. Tend coffee and water replenished every day. Slippers and the robes are available to use within the room, although we noticed a lack of hangers in the bathroom. Car park for cars under the hotel for a daily fee. Gym on the top floor with nice views with enough equipment to get you going. Area in the minus one could be open to guests as it would be nice to play ping pong with my child, but it is only available for the meetings rooms guests.

Nothing that the hotel can fix but there are alot of homeless and people doing unsavoury things around train and metro stations including the one at the hotel. Also there is an old church across the street where a homeless community has set up camp. Felt fine going and coming during the day and as it was still light until later but would not have felt comfortable having to return in an evening.

The breakfast was very nice and a good selction, after eating out some mornings can say it is good value for money as well. Room was spacious and clean with all facilities you could need and complementary water every morning. Bed was massive and very comfortable. The staff were all very polite and helpful and they provided mini croissants and coffee machine in the mornings for early leavers. Location to city centre was not that far if you are ok with walking or there are tram, metro and bus stops just 5mins from the hotel door.

    Nothing, it was perfect!

We had a fantastic stay at Nhow Brussels! The hotel was absolutely perfect - clean, spacious and modern, with a sleek design that really elevated the experience. It's ideally located in the heart of Brussels, just a short walk from must -see sights like the Grand Place, Mannekin Pis and plenty of restaurants and gift shops. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast - it was superb! A great variety of fresh, delicious options that set us up perfectly for the day. A special shoutout to Ruby who was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Her warm and attentive service made our stay even more enjoyable - she truly went above and beyond. We would absolutely recommend Nhow Brussels and can't wait to return on our next visit.
