Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

FranceThe mattress was a bit soft and the ambiance perfume in the lobby overbearing but rest fine. If you want breakfast you need to tell them by mid afternoon the night before - you can’t decide the night before or in the morning.

Very good location. 30-minute walk into the city centre. Restraunts and bars close by. Near metro station and buses. Bus 12 around the corner to take you back to the airport ( schuman stop). Staff in the hotel were very helpful. Would stay again.

United KingdomOnly a small negative. It was a bit of a process to check in where we all had to hand over a credit card (7 of us) It perhaps would have been better if just the one credit card was used for the whole party or at least one person per room. (We booked all rooms in one booking)
It was located close to bars and convenience stores. Also close to the underground to gain access to other areas ( recommend Rue Sainte-Catherine area) Rooms/en suite was fine/clean. Staff were friendly.

Nice stay in a secure area of Brussels. I enjoyed the breakfast too. There were no pancakes or waffles which is a must for a 4 star hotel. Blurred eggs were very tasty!

GermanyIt's clear that there were some renovations made to improve the building looks, but some core features (e.g. heating/cooling system very noisy) would require some attention given the price and starring of the property.
The location is great, makes it easy to reach the rest of the city and there are plenty of restaurants and bars around the area. It was very convenient to have a few options for food although we arrived around 9pm. Overall the room was clean and in fine state, and there were all basics expected in the bathroom.

The gentleman at reception when we were checking in and throughout our stay was wonderful - a slightly older gentleman. He was warm, welcoming and we were sorry he was not working when we were checking out as he really made our stay enjoyable. The selection of foods at breakfast was also fantastic. The room was spacious and serviced during our stay with fresh towels.

The terrace was great, bathroom and beds were decent. Quite rich breakfast. It's not as dated and beaten as some other reviews suggest, at least not our room. Perfect location!
