    The room floor was very very dirty, we had a clump of someone else’s hair sticking to the bathroom tile, the overall cleanliness was poor. The room was noisy. Would not recommend to stay there. However the receptionists were lovely.

    The room was decent in size and the beds were comfortable. Location was accessible easily by public transport and was not too far from the city center .

    The staff was very unhelpful. Day before we arrived I requested for an early check in bite never got a response back , when we reached at 12:30 pm the staff said they will try to get the room ready early and send us a message as soon as it is ready so we went outside to grab food and only when we came back at 2:30 and asked for the room again they finally gave us the room . In the evening we let the staff know the situation outlet was not flushing properly to which they responded saying the maintenance guy is on vacation and we would have to come and use the common restroom in the lobby . When I asked for a change of room the staff said they could not confirm because their system was down and were not sure if another 3 bed room was available . It seemed like the staff was just not ready to come up with a solution . Eventually we decided the stay in the room since it was our last day We were also promised beverages if we would skip the room service for cleaning but had to follow up multiple times for getting bottles of water in return . The hotel rooms are fine . The bathrooms need updating with their plumbing and there was a big crack in the sink too . I would not call this a 4 star hotel and not at all value for my money .

    Helpful staff. Large comfy bed. Large spacious room. Location.

    The dreadful coffee machine. A kettle would have been much better!

    It was good breakfast .

    good location, friendly staff

    rooms are worn out. the wallpaper comes of the wall. wallpaper is old and dirty. furniture is worn out.

    Nice spacious and clean room. Comfortable desk.

    Air conditioning unit did not work. The breakfast could have a bit more variety.

    The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The staff at check-in were very calm and accommodating, offering the perfect energy to greet guests arriving from travel. The location was great and the rooms were very clean.

    There was construction going on outside one of the rooms which made it difficult to sleep one morning.
