Very comfortable and peaceful hotel in a great central location. Complimentary sauna and spa session was very relaxing. Excellent up to date facilities

Very nice room featuring a modern and minimal design approach. The personalized, hand written welcome letter that we found during our arrival made us feel very welcome - a very nice touch. We really liked the central control of lights, temperature and Bluetooth connection so that you could listen to your own music. There is a very pleasant smell throughout the whole hotel, which is very inviting. The spa was the cherry on top of the cake, a truly unforgettable experience. We really appreciated the kindness of the staff, very friendly and welcoming.

Fabulous breakfast, good sized room and staff were really welcoming and helpful.

Dressing robes would have been the icing on the cake.

Quiet, almost too quiet

Good location 15 mins walk to centre. Very comfortable, modern room. We enjoyed our free hour in the spa; it was a lovely bonus. Aminata on Reception was brilliant; she arranged for our room to be ready for 11:30 when I emailed to say we would be arriving early and told us street parking is free on Sundays. I was just expecting to drop off luggage but it was a lovely bonus to have our room ready. We loved Ghent, the boat trip is very good and it has many beautiful buildings.

Location, modern decor, comfortable beds and car parking space. Decent shower although could be a little cleaner. Mini bar and kettle. Tea choice of green tea and mint terrible and I don’t drink coffee so very poor compared to most hotels in that price range.

The rooms were small and the toilet in the bathroom was an arm lengths from the bed with a sliding door and gaps which really isn’t hygienic or pleasant. A very strange design and not one I’d expect for the price of the room. Smaller room than appears in pictures. Balcony is actually a fire escape with metal seats built in but at least you get to open the door as the bathroom doesn’t ventilate smells well. Breakfast was very poor, cuddled yoghurt, tired fruit, tiny coffee cups. We waited ten minutes for anyone to appear to take cooked order and then nearly twenty minutes just for a plate of two waffles.

The rooms are well appointed and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very courteous and helpful staff members. The 1 hour SPA session was included in the pricing. The hotel location is quiet, but within a 10 minute walk to the attractions. Rooms are modern and automated.

The bathroom was a tad small, didn’t really have space by the sink. But the overall room size was perfectly fine.

Very friendly and attentive staff!!! A beautiful, clean, and cozy room. There's also one hour in the SPA area included in the price. Everything is well thought-out down to the smallest details. Great and convenient location.

Great location, friendly staff, air conditioning, comfortable beds, a nice private courtyard all made this a great stay. Our room was quite small, but contained all we needed.

Wow - what an incredibly lovely hotel! I thought the hotel was in a great location - very walkable to all attractions but also in a quieter area. The hotel itself was very quiet - no noise at all from the hallways or other rooms. My room was really spacious and comfortable. Lots of storage and I was happy to have Netflix on the TV! Really cozy bed and the Codage bath products are heavenly! Having private access to the spa was amazing! I was recovering from a cold, so the sauna and eucalyptus in the hammam were just what I needed. I would absolutely recommend the One Two Four hotel to anyone visiting Ghent!

The breakfast was not worth the extra charge in my opinion. There was no hot food and not a great selection. I ended up skipping it and going to one of the many great brunch spots in the area. Also, there were two lights on the ceiling of my room that were very annoying when I was trying to fall asleep at night. One was a red light that was constantly flashing, it seemed like a motion sensor because it flashed every time I moved in bed. The other was a green light from I think the smoke detector. Safety first of course - but the green glow it created in the room irritated me as I like to sleep in a pretty dark room. Other than these two minor things, I was really happy with the hotel!
