Great location, right opposite the train station with links to everywhere. Fairly quick off the motorway too so ideal for an easy break! Really clean and the room was spacious with a lovely bathroom.

The breakfast was not very good. We were there 45 minutes before they closed and most items were gone and not replaced. The coffee was great but the cost was very high for almost nothing.

This is a nice hotel right across from the train station. The price of the rooms was extremely reasonable.

I have stayed here many times and am always overwhelmed by the calmness and basic comfort offered by this hotel. Large rooms, friendly staff, good atmosphere. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. A great place for an overnight stay.

I needed something printed and they were just real cheap skates about it. Trying to charge me 50c per side of a page. Meaning printing out a 6 sided document on 3 sheets of paper was to cost €3. Unnecessary and ridiculous. The point of sale / card machine was also always not working so I couldn’t get a drink at the bar each time and they can’t add it to your room, so I just went without. Bad area but to be expected for next to station but also ideal for me as I just needed to stay after the train and it’s right across the road

Clean refurbished rooms and convenient check in and out. Ideally located for gare du midi but not a great surrounding area. There’s a bar and there’s a shop that sells drinks and food and snacks too.

There was a clear lack of attention to detail. I was first moved from a room with a non-functioning air conditioning unit to another room where both the sink and shower were broken, and water was stagnant. I was too tired to request yet another room. I was checking out the next morning so, I informed them on my way out.

Excellent location—just a one-minute walk from Brussels Midi Station. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Although the air conditioning in my room wasn’t working despite several attempts to fix it, the team promptly resolved the issue by moving me to a different room

Works in progress so reception was relocated - busy and a bit odd ! Safe broke with our passports in it. Staff took a long time to locate key to sort it.

The lobby was being redone when we stayed, so no coffee, and no convenience offerings that you typically find at a Park Inn. The coffee machine was installed the day we left :(

Location is superb for travels to Brussels Midi/Zuid, literally a few dozen steps from the station, but quiet and serene. Note that the historical/touristic attractions are not particularly close! Rooms are reasonably recently modernized and comfortable with all the standard amenities for a hotel of this class.

The shower was a bit weak. The hotel had just been refurbished and the bar had virtually no stock and the restaurant menu was very limited. Luckily there are many places to go in the station opposite.

There was some work being done and it was a bit confusion where you entered but the day we were leaving they had it all sorted as they had a new reception which looked great.

Works were being carried out and it wasn't obvious where the entrance was at first, because of this we didn't use any of the facilities outside of the room and didn't get a very good first impression.
