We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location was good, apartment had everything we needed. The extra facilities table tennis, pool, darts etc were an added bonus and the animals were great.

United KingdomThe place is situated at a farm outskirts of Ypres, peaceful and quiet, picturesque countryside scenery. We enjoyed seeing and greeting the pet animals like donkeys, horses, geese, goats, alpacas…and the summer flowers every day. The host is very warm and welcoming, really appreciated the human touch at the place. The flat is comfortable and spacious, we really enjoyed our stay there.

United KingdomThe kitchen area is functional but a bit small, it was fine for just the two of us but if 6+ would be a bit cramped. The internet only seemed to work in the dining area.
Ideal location for us to visit WW1 site with a secure area to leave our van and scooters overnight. Also an unexpected bonus of a separate games room with pool table, table tennis, table football, darts etc. Plenty of room with 3 multi bedrooms and two shower rooms with plenty of dining and lounge seating area. Lovely to see all the farm animals and would expect any children staying would have a great time.

CroatiaThe hosts were very nice and friendly, there were a lot of amentities, animals and things to do with kids. The host made us a delicious cookie! It would be great if there were hand washing soap in the bathroom and detergent for washing the dishes. The whole house was clean and specious. Hosts have turned on the heating in the evening, which we found great because of our little girl.
