Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdom300 metres to the centre of Brugge, under ground carpark, the hotel and grounds were spotless, the room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. Let’s not forget the breakfast which was fantastic.
There was nothing not to like, the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty by the staff throughput our stay.

Beautiful historic building converted into a very comfortable hotel. We got an upgrade and were very happy with our premium room. Staff were charming and sorted a couple of issues out for us immediately. The location is great; slightly away from the busy centre but still within walking distance of all sights and loads of lovely restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance.

We stayed in the residences. Around the corner from the main hotel, but able to use all the facilities. It was a lovely quiet courtyard, right in the centre of town.

United StatesWhile the person who checked us in was helpful, others were quite indifferent. We had run out of euros and wanted to tip on our credit card, but this was not allowed. As a result, I wanted to carry my bags to the room. The staff member who escorted us to our room was very inappropriate. He simply unlocked the door, stepped in, and said, "Here it is.", turned around and left. He had a horrible attitude and I believe it was because I could not tip him. Regardless the reason, I would not rebook here because of this. Very unprofessional and unclassy behavior that does not match the brand's attempt to portray an image of class. We did experience great service in the bar for a coffee but one bad apple ruins it.

United KingdomWe didn’t know when we booked that we would be in a separate building from the main hotel. Not a bad room but just felt a bit detached with some things missing from the room - robes, slippers etc. The gym and wellness centre were great - perhaps treadmills could be updated as a bit dated now.
A very grand main building, perfectly located to get to most things in Bruges. The staff were all very helpful and the spaces were all incredibly clean.

Hotel was just fabulous. Received free upgrade to suite on arrival. Really made our stay special as was booked as a surprise for my sons 20th birthday. Staff were all extremely helpful nothing too much bother. Bed was really comfy could have stayed in it 😴 Breakfast was one of the best l have had. Excellent choice of hot and cold dishes and little touches added like coffee and tea served to table, pancakes with hot chocolate and wine if you wished all made whole experience special.
