Host is friendly, close to the beach and the breakfast was very good!

I was with my wife and son in Manhatan Room and we wished we had a door at the bathroom for more privacy!

    Property response:

I completely agree. A barn door has been ordered, but unfortunately, it's been delayed. Greetings from Kris, Orry, and Mom Gaby.

The location was perfect for getting to the beach. The family were super friendly, warm and kind and even offered us to have a late breakfast despite us oversleeping. Their dog was really cute and playful. The bed was really comfortable.

The bathroom has a bead curtain rather than a closable door and as a new couple we were both a bit shy, haha!

We hit traffic on the way and the hosts were VERY accommodating. Upon arriving our room was switched to one that wasn't a family room and it was PERFECT. I was looking for a unique place to spend quality time with my significant other and this place was exactly what we needed. Everyone was friendly and kind. The breakfast WAS exceptional. I definitely plan on returning.

Great value for money. Situated about 150 meters away from the boulevard. Room was great, everything we needed was there including a lovely cookie which was delicious with our coffee. Breakfast was fantastic! Service at breakfast was excellent. Family run hotel who do there utmost to make your stay great. Thankyou .

It was filled with charm and attention to the smallest detail. I love that each room has a connection to their history and the breakfast…simply to die for! The pastries, the presentation, the quality…amazing! (My wife told me to mention she is now craving the trout dish!)

The literal only thing I could even say was maybe a curtain on the toilet section of the bathroom in the Waikiki room (just to add a tiny bit of privacy) but wasn’t a big deal for us at all

It was a lovely quirky hotel, run by a very friendly family.

Unfortunately, parking was extremely difficult and we ended up having to park in a multistory car park 15 mins walk away, which cost € 29 for less than 18 hours.

Chez Ba'Nus is an amazing option! Its rite next to the ramp leading to the Blakenberge beach. The property is a 2 storey + attic house converted into a bespoke BnB. Each room is themed after famous global cities based on owners experience living in that City. We experienced the Hawaiian themed suite which had a bunk bed for children to make it even special. The check in experience was smooth and pleasant. Owner being a chef means the breakfast is homemade and super duper yummy. We would strongly recommend this property.

Slightly Low sound proofing and isolation levels of the rooms can lead to privacy concerns!
