The location is really not nice. There's a lot of graffiti around, on a lot of closed down buildings along the main street and surrounding area. At night, we felt a little unnerved when walking through the area back from the train station. It doesn't feel a safe place. Location does not have any good evening meal options available. Second bedroom could benefit from having a bed that can split into two twins. This would benefit a family more. Wasn't a deal breaker for two young kids, but would be for teenager+.

The spec of the apartment was very good. Really clean, and tidy, both the apartment and the block it's in. The evening gentsfrom the front balcony is beautiful. Support staff were really helpful, albeit virtually. Message replies were very swift and very helpful/friendly. They helped us out with a couple of issues during the stay. There's a local food shop only a matters of minutes down the road.

It is a superb apartment. Very clean and a huge property. The host was extremely helpful. We were able to access the property before the usual check in time and it was very helpful. They provided all the necessary information to get around, etc. Also was able to store our luggages free of charge on the day of departure. Very helpful in booking taxi, etc.

Spacious and clean accommodation. Loved the decor. Definitely one of the nicest apartments we've stayed in. Very spacious living room. Bedrooms at the back were very quiet. Slippers and bathrobes provided. 10 minute walk to Nord train station where we had great trips to Bruges, Ghent amd Waterloo. Bank machine at entrance and 2 smaller supermarkets just down the road. If walking in to town go through the lovely park.

Breakfast not included in booking. Location is away from all the major places to visit. We arrived via Brussels Nord railway station having to walk through the red light district. Apartment was a great size, with 2 bedrooms of good size. Apartment lacks air conditioning, but during a heat wave the host provided an additional fan for the apartment.

Very large, well equipped apartment within walking distance of the Grand Place. The view across the city from the balcony was nice and the underground parking was a great help as we didn't have to worry about where to leave the car.

No air conditioning, which is a problem if you’re coming in the hotter months. Also the fire alarm in the bedroom has a little green light which flashes constantly and at night when the room is dark the light is pretty bright and flashes every 30ish seconds which made getting to sleep a little difficult.

Great location in a quiet area but just a 20 minute walk to the centre. The apartment also had great amenities right down to the smallest details you wouldn’t expect from slippers, bathrobes and even wireless phone chargers. The check in process was also really easy with the host in constant contact.

This property not only was attractive, but was clean, spacious, and had everything that we needed for stay in Brussels. While not in the center of the tourist activity, it was easily walkable to everything that we wanted to see and do. There were many delicious and affordable meals nearby. Public transport was also easily accessible making it convenient if you wanted to venture further away, maybe take a day trip to nearby Ghent, Bruges,or Antwerp.

The apartment was huge. Beds were comfortable. It was a beautifully designed apartment. The facilities were great. Everything was clean. Access was easy. Communication was immediate, respectful and helpful.

Some minor repairs are needed (balcony door, one socket) but they didn't bother us. It would be useful to have more coffee capsules, tea and toilet paper, because it's difficult to buy for a few days. I think these small details can be included in the price of the location. We didn't find places to have coffee and breakfast nearby. However, there was nothing major to spoil our stay.

The location is good, about 20 - 25 minutes walk to the city center. It is also well connected to the transport network, being close to two metro stations. The apartment is quiet, the bedrooms are at the back of the building and we were not disturbed by external noise. The rooms are large and beautiful, the furniture is new, the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary things, we did not lack for anything. There are a Carrefour Express and a Shop&Go nearby for shopping. The person who welcomed us was very kind and we had permanent contact with the host by Whatsapp for any questions. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would gladly return to this accommodation.

Staff was great. Sheets and linens were clean. WiFi was terrible - almost non operational for our stay. Location is pretty far from everything you will want to do so you’ll be walking a ton.
