Never got hot water in the basin and struggled to see I'm a mirror. All miner.

We felt welcomed, set out with care, layout perhaps difficult with toilet and handbasin. Being elderly would have preferred closer to center . staff were very helpful.

The blinds let in some light in the morning, so perhaps adding curtains would help.

Excellent location, only a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Bruges but out of the busy tourist area. Lovely welcome from the owners of the property and great breakfast provided at their B&B, just around the corner. Also, loved the decor and the comfortable beds.

I didn’t like that you could not turn off the light in the room’s front room (where the mini refrigerator, coffee machine and writing desk were). It was possible to dim the light a little. But not enough!

The room was well furnished, nicely equipped and quite charming. The toiletries were nice and the coffee pods and machines were a welcome treat. Also liked the complimentary bottles of water. All this in a quiet location close to one of the canals.

Slightly creaky flooring in kitchen area but being addressed by owners. Didn’t affect our holiday in the slightest!

The stepped areas inside the apartment were a bit of an obstacle to begin with but soon became familiar. The toilet cubicle was quite dark even with the internal lighting and the wash basin was small with no hot water provision though hot and cold water was available from the sink opposite the wet room.

The location is perfect. It's on a quiet street and walkable to the centre of old town. The apartment itself is modern and clean with all the amenities provided. I appreciated the coffee machine in the room. Made for a great start to the day. The room is large with plenty of natural light, I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Residence 9 Bruges.

Would suggest some instructions to use the coffee machine and some detergent for the Dishwasher as well as washing powder for the washing machine would be handy.

This is an exceptional apartment on lovely quiet street. It had nice large window facing both the street and the garden. We are already looking forward to returning for a longer stay.

The location, was not as close as expected to the city center.

The apartment, was as expected and described. The communication with the people running the place was very fast, and excellent.

The apartment is spacious and really nicely decorated. It was so much bigger than expected and really bright and airy. It had a lovely view out the back to some gardens and the front view onto the street was really nice too. It was in a great location being a short walk into the centre and everything you needed nearby. The hosts were really responsive when we had a minor issue and they also kindly sent me a cherished item that I'd left in the room all the way back to the UK, which I very much appreciated!

I didn’t have anything I didn’t like about the property, it was perfect.

I recently stayed at a lovely apartment in Brugge, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The location was perfect, just a short walking distance to the main area, making it easy to explore the city. The hosts were so lovely and helpful, and were quick to respond to messages. The apartment itself was clean and beautifully maintained. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and anyone looking for a great stay in Brugge!

Few mosquitos, quickly resolved when the provided plug in tablet was changed so could have done with being changed closer to our check in time

Suite had plenty of space, was very modern and was in a nice quiet location still an easy walk to all attractions
