The only thing we didn't like was not having a door for the toilet, even when you are with your partner certain things require privacy.

The place was very close to the station but also close to the city centre, the facilities were very clean, the sauna on the room was an excellent detail and everything worked as expected.

I really enjoyed the private sauna inside the room. The apartments are surrounded by parking, even if you have to pay (weekends included). I suggest parking in the nearby P+R parking (10 minutes walking). The city center is quite close.

Room was clean, spacious and lovely decor. Bed was extremely comfortable. The sauna was a fab addition. Quiet location, only a short walk to the centre and 10minute walk to the train station.

There is no air conditioning although it is listed on the listing. Steep narrow stairs (old building) are difficult to navigate with luggage and not well suited to old legs. This is only a problem for the upstairs room which requires 3 flights of stairs including one between the room and its private bathroom.

Really nice quiet spot at edge of old city by a park. Very accessible. Beautiful and spacious rooms. Louise was a gracious and kind host.

Not enough soap provided. My son's room was very crowded with furniture and the toilet is in the corner of the room with no door (but it is out of site).

Not a lot of light in the room and a bit noisy due the door to the hallway that directly borders the bedroom was open on the sides, so you can hear people walking in the hallway directly in your bedroom and you might feel a lack of privacy.

No door separating bathroom from bedroom. While the toilet was in the en-suite private to the room, the lack of a bathroom door means that if there's two of you staying, you can't exactly go to the toilet in peace. If there was a bathroom door, then I would have no hesitation in scoring this accommodation much higher.

Accommodation 10-minute walk outside old town; handy for the railway station. Sauna was a nice touch. Easy to turn on and off. Shower was good. Room had decent wardrobe space, and a mini fridge. Staff were very communicative via SMS.

We stayed 1 night in the room Miss Marylin. It is a cute room, nicely decorated with a nice bathroom. The heating works well. A fridge is available and a coffee maker. The hotel is well located, 10 min walk from the city center of Bruges and 5 min from the station station. The owner is attentive to the client and finds solutions in case of problems. He responds quickly to messages. I recommend

There's no private bathroom. Toilet and bed close together. We booked two nights and when noticed this we asked for a cancellation. They have delayed (on purpose!) the refund process and denied our refund. Horrible experience!

PERSONAL OPINION: This is not a B&B or hotel but a slacking catfish. The host ignores most calls and messages, and even Booking.com couldn’t get them to reply. Their description is full of false claims. This is not a wellness or spa; there is no common area, spa, wellness, pool, or terrace – just bare hallways. No airconditioner, a non-functional air cooler is all you get, so they expect you to sleep in unbearable 29°C heat. The bathroom floor has a dangerous bump, the blinds are broken, and the curtains don’t block light. Mosquitoes are everywhere, including their remains. Dust, stains, and poor construction make the place feel neglected. The steep stairs creak loudly and feel dangerous. Unlike other B&Bs and hotels, towels and bed linen smell heavily perfumed and are not hypoallergenic. No shampoo, and barely any soap provided. This place is a nightmare. It’s misleading, uncomfortable, and unsafe. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere

Great location 5mins from the centre .Host's helpful neighbors helped me when my phone broke and I wasn't able to access my entry pin number!!The host also decorated it for valentines with a left a lovely bottle of bubbles!! Fridge and kettle was a bonus but I couldn't get the coffee maker to work..Quirky decorated loved it !
