Room was spacious with plenty of pillows. Staff efficient and friendly. Breakfast was delicious loads of choice.

Good location.

Old ffacilities, the spa is a main attraction, 2 of the steam rooms were not working properly.

We parked easily just across the road, and the family room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a big variety of options. It is the perfect location for going to the beach.

The location is very convenient.

Staff was not friendly, just one responsible for the breakfast was nice to us and housekeepers were very polite. Reception and one person at the restaurant entrance were very rude. Reception staff were not helpful. When I did the reservation I messaged saying that I was coming by car, and I would need parking, but when I got at the hotel I was told that I did not reserved it. Thus, mattress was not comfortable.

We enjoyed the wellness offer in the hotel, it was a relaxing atmosphere and good stuff working in this area. The beach was also very close, well located hotel.

Starting from arrival: even if we had booked a parking place in the hotel, we were sent to distanced parking place that was not comfortable due to our luggage. Then coming to the room: it was a complete disaster. It was honestly even a shocking experience. The room was not renovated at all, an old destroyed floor, scratched doors and looked not hygenic. We asked the reception for a change but they said that the hotel was fully booked. The fridge didnt cool anything, it was warm and the room had no air condition. Breakfast: Chaos. Waiting all the morning in lines. Every morning the same offer.

The location was quite good, just minutes from the sea and promenade. Also plenty of paid parking around, both underground and street. Quick check in. Breakfast was fine with decent options (warm options), but overcrowded. Go early for more options. Dogs allowed, in fact many were there during our stay. Definitely try the wellness center. Its worth it, especially the nudist area as its brand new and you'll likely have it alone. Restaurant and bar on ground floor.

The hotel is quite dated and could be cleaned more. Renovation necessary. Room was very loud most of the night and early morning. Staff not the most friendly. Lots of kids.

the bedding needs replacement, I booked this hotel for my 88 year old parents, and they got backpain from the beds.

Great location, 2 minutes walk to promenade and tram stop right outside. Large comfortable bed. balcony with view to promenade. All staff helpful and friendly, was allowed very early check in as rooms was ready. Excellent breakfast with great variety and good quality.

No a/c in room so was quite warm and no fans available. Hotel very busy so at breakfast there were occasional queues and some temporary shortages of cutlery.

The location, centrally located, closed to the beach side.

We expected an executive room, and if this was the case, it looked like a basic room. The worst has been the support bed that not even suited a 11 year old child, a true shame. The swimming pool is very small. We did not even spend the entire stay. We were so disappointed that we left one day in advance.

Very clean, ideally centrally located next to restaurants, seaside, and centre of Oostende. Comfortable room. Good breakfast. Easy to park nearby. Well organised and no queuing at check in.

Lifts can be faster...

The name is wellness hotel but we have to pay for SpA separately
