The room was convenient but the bathroom too small. Nearby Street Parking could be a problem so please be patient.

No full length mirror. Area to hang clothes was by the kettle. With a few minor adjustments, this would be excellent

Nothing bad. Facilites of a small bar seating area and bag storage at check building was basic but that is ok.

Good value for the money . Beach was close. The room was very clean and well decorated. Heating system worked well. Upgraded suite for more space was worth it. Reception desk was around the corner from the building the room was in but it was no problem. Kept our luggage till we could check in . Staff very friendly and personable. Late check out was possible and appreciated.

Situated in a perfect location, with a short walking distance from the beach and city center (very short) Clean and quiet and with super helpful stuff at the reception. (Big thanks with explaining the parking details) Overall a very pleasant stay.

The accommodation and the room were clean, but a bit small and quite noisy. We could hear almost everything going on in the next room and in the stairwell.

The hotel is located in the center of Oostende. The price was OK. Parking was in a public lot for an extra fee. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We can recommend it for a short trip to this region. Thanks for everything!

The shower could have been cleaner. Also, the room was quite hot and I couldn't figure out how to turn the heating down.

Elevator - very small and without interior door = not practical if you travel with loads of luggage & not particularly safe if travelling with small children (not saying it does not meet the safety regulations, just it is not what you would expect in Belgium of 2022);

Hotel is perfectly located 5 minutes slow walk from the beach and Casino. The room has a fresh and modern design. The common areas may be too narrow and claustrofobic for some but it is reasonably well compensated with good lighting. Nice breakfast served in the main Hotel Prado 1-2 minutes walk from PND. I truly liked 2 specials: 1) Discounted train ticket = no car hassle; Oh, be aware, it takes 2 tram stops from the station to the hotel (so, if you travel with a lot of luggage, small kids, etc., the tram is a nice option to a 15 minutes walk). 2) A wooden bench at the PND entrance door.

For the price paid the room could have been bigger. Cleaning service was ok but should have been better.

Very quiet hotel. Location is excellent, in city center next to the shopping streets, restaurants and only a few minutes walk distance to the beach. The owner is very respectful and the staff are friendly. Parking is available through the hotel for a fair price.

Air con was noisy and ineffective - but this didn't affect our stay as it wasn't too hot.

The room was beautiful and very reflective of the pictures on the site. Location was fantastic - close to the town and beach - and yet tucked away, so, super quiet. No noise from other guests as the rooms have been thoughtfully laid out. Staff were fabulous, particularly Mathias, who could not have been more friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfy and bathroom was lovely - with a great shower. Great coffee machine. Powerful wifi. Great parking close by and able to park up close to the hotel to drop off bags etc.

This annex hotel is away from the main hotel. You have to walk there for breakfast. It also does not have a lobby with seating availability.
