The room is big and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. We also received a Welcome tray with some biscuits, ets. Nice to have an outside area for fresh air. Near the train station and airport. The owners send all route info and arrangements before we arrived - it was so well organized. Will definitely recommend.

One bedroom window has huge crack through it which isn't great Towels are so tiny, they are suitable for infants at best. WiFi barely reaches the bedrooms, I had to stand by the bedroom door to get a signal. Needs a booster, or the router moving more centrally. One bedroom has zero furniture other than a bed and a side table.

It would be nice to have a fan/ventilator available as it was a rather warm day and there was no way to cool off the apartment. A possible screen on the window/door could allow keeping it open more too. The note says there are complimentary drinks and snacks, and there is a water bottle per person and an expresso sized coffee pod, but no snacks. Would be nice to have another full coffee pod available or to tell on the info what kind of coffee maker it is so we can bring our own. A couch would be nice too for relaxing and a small table/chairs for eating. The two chairs at the bar were low for eating there. Overall the place was nice, roomy, with great location and there was sufficient communication. These smaller details could help it be a top place and increase the comfort level.

Location is wonderful for the airport, with grocery store next door and restaurants around the corner. The apartment is spacious, so feels nice and roomy, not just a hotel room. Things are communicated quite well too.

Communication before our arrival was good. BUT it would have helped to be told to get off the train at the Zaventem station. We took the train to the airport which is one stop past Zaventem.

The location is very good. There is a small grocery store next door. Lots of restaurants in neighborhood and a safe walking route to airport.

The property was large and very convenient! We are a family of four and wanted to stay next to the airport. It was the perfect solution! Very kind host! There were chocolates, waffles and bottles of water for us when we got there!

My wife could have done with a nice big mirror in the bedroom.

Even with fairly heavy suitcase it was better than an expensive taxi. 20-25 minute walk. Perhaps not in pouring rain? The room/apartment is very roomy, very clean. Nice to be able to make your own (espresso) coffee! with a waffle! We arrived too late, but there were some restaurants/cafe's nearby. Huge, comfortable bed. Beautiful spacy shower

Safe and convenient location. There are some restaurants, a drag store, carrefoure and delhaize which opens Sunday until 20h00. Parking is easy. In front of apartment, there are many free parking spots. Good room. 2 bed room, 1 dining floor, well equipped kitchen. Good heating. radiator and warm floor. Fast reaction of staff. Booking.com chat response is very quick. No concern at all.

Well located, close to airport and train station, very clean and spacy appartment. All necessary equipment was functional (kitchen, toilet, bathroom). Neither overcharged, neither empty. Tea, coffee, water for better welcome. Quiet surroundings with small local shops, bars and airplanes, did not bather at all even contrary, gave some life and presence even at evening. Leonidas shop and Italian pica in just a few steps.

I would have liked a washing machine to be provided to wash our clothes.

The apartment was exactly what we needed to unwind before raking our long trip home. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was clean. It was close to Zaventum train station and a 5 min drive to brussells airport.i really appreciated the little goodies basket of waffles, chocolate and coffee pods and the 2 bottles of water.
