    The location was perfect and very spacious property. The facilities were ok and the appliances were all in good working order. The shower was amazing.

    The bathroom door didn’t close, the top floor railing is unsafe and the beds weren’t very comfortable. The property needs a little TLC

    The location was pretty good and the apartment was spacious. The staff was responsive and answered quickly when contacted.

    The place has potential but it needs a lot of maintenance. It was dirty when we arrived — the bed sheets and the sofa bed were unclean, the sofa had bad springs and smelled really bad. In fact, almost everything had an unpleasant odor. Most of the lights didn’t work properly — some couldn’t be turned on and others couldn’t be turned off. The refrigerator didn’t work at all. We also had a terrible experience at 4 AM when a couple next door started screaming and hitting the walls, and then someone (possibly drunk) came to our door, knocked and yelled. We contacted the housing support, and they just told us to call the police ourselves. The staff is nice but they don’t provide actual solutions.

    Really good location, all important attractions are within easy reach.

    The apartment really does not match the photos. A lot of things are missing. There was no remote control for the TV, the large chandelier above the dining room does not work. The windows do not close completely, a lot of noise from the neighbors and the street.

    It was located near a bus stop.

    It was not very clean there were many things missing from the apartment that was listed on the original booking. Trying to get in touch on the telephone was non existent messages left never a reply when we finally had a response we were told they would attend the next day, nobody showed up and never were heard of again.

    Apartment did not have a lock and wasnot prepared. After longtalks with callcwnter a 2nd apartment was offered but without proper waem water, no TV and not working elevator. Callcentre was not acting as it should.

    Spacious apartment in an excellent central location.

    The apartment has a run down vibe with damaged furniture (sofa), too limited cooling utensils and crockery, grime and mold in the shower and walls in need of painting. Clear management errors.

    Location was great, facilities were good. Host was very responsive

    Due to its very central location, the noise is really bad, especially during the night. One of the bedroom is directly "on the street" , there is building works at the moment, a traffic light, where cars stop and go, as well a a bus stop . A lot of lights too. I would recomm,end to use ear plugs as well as a face mask to be able to sleep

    The apartment is really big and spacious. Location is very central and close to lots of sites. Ideal for a group of friends. Terrace is very nice when the sun is out

    Certain things could be improved e.g missing hand rails on stairs, broken doors on wardrobes, curtain instead of door for bathroom, no blind on skylight window but these are not huge problems if you are not picky and are reflected in the price of such a big property

    The apartment was filthy, broken blinds, broken wardrobes, stairs case banister in a pile on the floor while the other part is hanging off the wall, loose wires, wall paper hanging off, plaster to cover holes in the walls throughout the property, work surfaces and window sills dusty, exposed wires throughout, floors under the sofa with broken glass, kitchen and bathroom not cleaned, towels smelt of damp, dish washer smells like a sewer, . I have contacted the apartment on numerous occasions and there has been no further action made towards a full refund. We got broken into and our belongings got stolen - police have said this is very common with these apartments as they don't change the codes or have any security! Avoid at all costs!!! I use booking.com for the majority of my travels and never had a problem. This place is not worth a penny! The standards are horrific!

    #THEFT #ROBBERY Please do not book this appartment one of the worst place to stay. The apartment has digital lock but it has no lock inside the house. No one can open the door unless you know the digital lock from outside we were inside the house. On the first day we left the mobile in charge and left wallet in the living room and went to sleep in the first floor. Somewhere around 2am has entered the house and stole the wallet mobile my resident permit, driving licence and bank card. Next day everything looked fine we were not even able to identify that someone has robbed until we got the first message stating someone has swiped the debit card. SO we SUSPECT someone THE APARTMENT EMPLOYEE who knows the code has entered the house and stole everything. These ppl also know this apartment has no CCTV and done this very casually. Good that they stole only the belongings after entering the apartment if they had threatened our life it’s unimaginable SO PLS DONT BOOK THIS APARTMENT ON YOU WILL ENDUP IN TROUBLE. The apartment took no action they just screwed up the entire vacation.

    This was the worst stay of my life so far. We arrived to what felt like a horror movie: in the freezing cold of -3°C in the center of Brussels, we found ourselves in a large apartment where none of the radiators were working. We had to survive with just one small heater. My friend was so cold that she cried, and she most likely caught a cold. On top of that, the internet and TV were not working. The apartment also lacked a hairdryer, so we couldn’t take showers, as we had no way to dry our hair in the freezing temperatures. Despite having two separate bedrooms, we slept together in one bed with our jackets on. We spent two days without internet or TV. To make matters worse, the staff was completely unhelpful, even rude, and they told me they would not refund me at all

    I liked the location of the flats, it was clean and warm.

    There were holes in some walls, the light fitting in the living room was hanging from the ceiling. The lighting in the bathroom and bedroom was very low, no mirrors in the bedrooms to apply makeup so had to use the bathroom and lighting there was poor. Could do with spare or more pillows, bed in main room was ok not great.

    Location is excellent! The apartment is just in the city center, under 10 min walking from the main square.

    The apartment we saw on the photos, are not exactly accurate, it had same number of rooms and the terras, but it wasn't apartment in the booking photos. There was no heating in the apartment. There are wall radiators which are not working, and one electric small radiator. The space is quite large so one small electric radiator was not nearly enough. There was no WiFi in the apartment at all. Glass wall in the bathroom looks like it is coming off any second. I have contacted their customer service, even though they are very polite, they didn't give any resolution to our problem. All in all, it's below average and I have feeling they are not taking care of the apartment.

    only 1 light , we couldent turn light off , other light fitting was on the decking , was damage to many parts of apartment , dirty shower , shower head not good, bed settte not good kept comming apart , only 5 pillows between 6 people ,bedding and towls stunk fusty ,building work and scaffolding blocking veiw from all windows and builders looking into room while working ,have sent many photoes as proof ti booking .com and a random man was in the building at 1am trying doors quite frightning for some

    Space and variety of rooms and the great location

    Just an issue with the lights on the stairs not coming on and they are black marble so dangerous at night. Especially when wet
