Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomThe bath water didn’t go very hot. The hotel apparently tried to ring me to tell us our room was ready but never received the call. There was an extra charge to use the spa which I was not aware of, slightly disappointing.
The hotel was very clean and impressive. It felt grand, and the staff were plentiful and helpful. The room was clean, large, and the bed was big and comfy. The breakfast was fresh, and tasty, especially the pastries.

United KingdomI was disappointed to find there was an additional charge for the spa, which I hadn’t seen mentioned on Booking.com. When I checked out and was asked about my stay, I shared my honest feedback about this unexpected charge. However, one of the hotel staff responded by arguing that it was clearly stated on the website, which made me feel quite uncomfortable.
Location was great, hotel was grand and our room was lovely and spacious with very comfortable beds.

PolandThe hotel is an expensive upper segment hotel compared to other 5 star hotels based on daily accommodation and breakfast fee, one of the most expensive hotels in Brussels. Of course, expectations increase even more when this is the case. The guest expects some small gifts in the room, except for a small chocolate and water given every day, the guests do not encounter any nice surprises. The breakfast is definitely at the level of a 4 star hotel. Definitely do not buy extra breakfast to have breakfast with 3-4 types of cheese, a delicatessen section consisting only of pork products, no olives, cherry tomatoes, lettuce and eggs for breakfast 😔. It's been 3 days since checkout but the hotel still hasn't refunded the deposit they took from my card.
The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, the staff is helpful and polite, the location of Otrlin is good although not exactly in the center and close to transportation channels. The cosmetic products and shampoos used in the hotel are of high quality.

United StatesAppeared that you could stream NetFlix and other streaming services on television, but we could not access. We asked about it. The front desk did send a technician, who told us this service did not work in our room. Breakfast had a broader variety than many other buffets. However, the seating for breakfast seemed to be limited -- we were shown a table that felt crowded by others. Then we were told the staff needed to clear the room due to an upcoming special event which restricted our ability to have a leisurely breakfast.
The hotel lobby area was impressive with pleasant decorations, seating and a grand piano. Our hotel room was a generous size. It had a very large bathroom with both a tub and separate shower, plus generous counter space that allowed us room to have all our travel accessories easy to access.

NetherlandsThe location is perfecto mundo, you are right in the middle of the city center and you can walk to all the luxury stores and the room we stayed in (junior suite ) was spacious and overlooked the inner garden and was clean. The staff was nice , they gave my kids (3 and 10 ) welcome gifts. The breakfast was okay, I mean you had your typical eggs and bacon and sausages and yogurt ect and some pastries. But I thought 40 euros was on the high price for breakfast. Sundays all the stores and basically closed so the city is then pretty dead, but you can explore the outskirt of the city then. Kids can't use the pool which is a bummer cause my kids love swimming. Overall a decent expirience.

PortugalUpon arrival I asked a question to Mr. Dias who promptly answered my query. A few minutes later he was at the reception speaking to us. He was polite and well- mannered and accompanied us to our room. We asked about a taxi to the airport and breakfast the following day. He informed that he would take care of it. We later received a letter in our room confirming taxi pick-up and had organized a breakfast box early morning since breakfast only opened at 07:00 am. A true gentleman and professional.

Fantastic spa. Book the pool ahead of time if you want to swim. Hotel rooms are very big and spacious with a luxurious European vibe!
