    The beds were comfortable.

There was no Aircon, the location on Bookings said beachfront and it's not. Stairs is very unsafe.

Excellent location, right in the middle of Blankenberghe and only 100 meters from the beach. We had a three bed suite and were allowed to take our small dog. A great experience.

The hotel was nice and clean, the staff was nice and friendly

But the water in the pool was cold so we were offered to use their other hotel’s pool which we didn’t as we were only for a day there and didn’t bother to take the stroll.

The location was good and the friendly staff.

The shower could be updated with a shower door instead of a curtain.

The location is in the high street but you wouldn’t hear the public at all (we were at the 3rd floor facing the high street), so it’s very near restaurants, activity centres and nice shops and near the sea with beautiful beach front!!!Also, in the hotel although some fixing is a little bit outdated, it is very clean. The bed was really comfortable and the room’s heater was so effective that in only few minutes the room was tropical. We really loved the swimming pool, sauna and steam; the staff were really friendly and accommodating; and it’s not far to drive to Bruges.

There was no parking in the hotel and we needed to walk a bit to go to the designated parking area. Also, there were only 2 small pillows in the master’s bed, and 1 small pillow each in single beds. We had to look around for the spare pillows which we found in the closet so we had to do the pillows ourselves, however, the bed was really comfortable. There was no available food service in the hotel but the complimentary drinks in the room were okay.

The hotel is very central located, has sauna, swimming pool and steam bath. Very clean and comfortable.

I booked hotel with free parking and when arrived was informed the parking was full and was advised to park the car in private parking for 20 euro. When I mention that the parking was included on the price of the hotel was told that booking advertising wrongly and the hotel parking would be 30 euro. In the end the car was parked I. The centre for 2.50 euro…
