Location as its next to the station.

Its old floor wood which is pretty noise when walinkg around the room.

The breakfast was great.

No air conditioning

a rich breakfast, the hotel is near of the center and the station, the staff was very kind and friendly, we could park our bikes in the garden

Great location. Great breakfast and staff. Very clean and comfortable stay.

Very authentic place with nice decoration. You’ll feel staying at middle age hotel. This is the first building in the entrance of city of Bruges. So very close to train station by walking. However 15 mins walking distance to Markt Place and not suitable for accomodating with kids.

I didn’t find the staff friendly and did not feel welcomed.

Its location is central. You can especially enjoy a pleasant time at Minnewater Park right next to it. The breakfast is tasty and sufficient.

Due to some confusion during the payment process, one of the receptionists displayed an attitude that bordered on rude. It felt like she was speaking to a coworker rather than a guest. She implied something like “you might run off without paying,” though she tried to soften it—but the underlying message was clear. They didn’t even acknowledge the compliments we gave about something, or perhaps they simply didn’t speak English. Our bed was made by combining two separate beds, so we can’t say we had a truly comfortable sleep. Also, their attitude didn’t feel very welcoming toward guests with a baby. (Only the ladies at the reception were like this—there was one gentleman who was actually quite helpful.)

Good location and the breakfast table was basic but the bread was warm and fresh and had good orange juice.

The strong smell in our room that I had to bare all night. Authentic house but really outdated. The beds were not very comfortable.

Very bad smell. Shower in room not working. Pillows really bad . Bedding stained. No lampshade. Overall very bad. Would not recommend it at all.

Location, staff, food

Very comfortable accommodation, great location, friendly staff (always willing to help) BREAKFAST WAS REALLY GOOD. Walking distance distances from the main attractions and close to train station.

Did not look the same when there in person. The restaurant was closed on Monday so there were no staff present and we had to go to the restaurant down the road to get access. We had to enter through the basement and it was not smelling very pleasant to be honest. It felt more like a glorified hostel than a hotel. If I was travelling alone I would not have felt particularly safe due to access arrangements and lack of people about.

Great breakfast. Lovely staff. Room was good but the pillows were TERRIBLE. It left us both with sore necks! It was like sleeping on cotton balls. They have to replace these. If we went back we would ask about this. Otherwise, we liked the place.

The location is within walking distance of the train station And the centre of Bruges, The restaurant is very good. Car parking on the hotel property. Hotel is very quant , placed on the outskirts of Bruges.

The rooms a very dated with a lack of modern fixtures and fittings and steep stairs.
