Would be great to have a bit more in the kitchen in terms of utilities, but that did not bother us as we were out and about. Not a big deal to be honest.

Great place with easy access to the city centre. The property itself is very charming with a loft bed that our children really enjoyed. The place is very spacious and has lots of natural light that makes it feel welcoming. Great and timely communicaton as always. Highly recommended.

Not much privacy if you are a group of 4 - there is only a curtain between bedrooms and you have to walk through one bedroom to reach the bathroom.

Really clean apartment with everything you need for a short stay in Bruges. The location is good - quiet as it's out of the centre and a relatively short walk in Bruges. The water and fans provided really helped with the hot weather. Romy & Travis provided so much good information to help plan our stay, they were so helpful!

Nice place. It's compact. The pictures make it look way bigger. It served it's purpose for me but I think it was a little tight. They could add a small stool for kids in the toilet to reach the sink. Mosquito repellent. There were mosquitos and I had to go buy the kit.

Not clean at all. Halfway through the stay, we ended up without hot water, resulting in having to pay for a room in a hotel to get ready as we also had a young child under the age of one. Broken bowl left in the kitchen cupboard from pervious stay. I'm assuming, and the kitchen was filthy, dust everywhere. The stairs leading up to the apartment are steep and narrow, not recommended for a young family.

We had a panic on arrival (unwarranted as it turned out) and I tried calling the owners, who had been very friendly in messages and given me an extra number to contact them with - but they didn't respond. So I'm glad the panic was unwarranted. A coffee pot might have worked better than the coffee machine, which tended to chew the capsules. It's a lovely apartment marred only by the cheap pictures of New York all over the place - I'd rather have had images of Bruges! But that's a minor issue. Really, everything was great. I always find the lack of human presence eerie and unnerving - I know it helps with the economy.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It was also very warm, which was good as the weather outside was rather cold. The linen was clean and crisp, the beds warm and comfortable, the kitchen worked and there was a coffee machine. There was a supermarket (Carrefour) up the road and the old town of Bruges was about a ten minute walk away.

The bathroom shows some signs of mold and mildew and needs to be renovated.

Nice and clean room with a fridge and a microwave, plus cutlery and cups, quiet and close to the city center. Moreover, the room is heated, which was just perfect as the weather outside was freezing.

This is a three-story apartment building, and the rooms are divided. The person living on the top floor made constant noise until almost 3 a.m. and prevented me from sleeping.

While all the windows opened to give a good cross breeze on the warm days, there were so many mosquitoes that we all got bitten dozens of times so we couldn’t keep the windows open and the apartment then grew very warm at night.

The rubbish bins were outside the door all through our stay. The traffic noise was a bit louder than we're used to.

I loved the stores , anything u can think of , pastries or food , or wine u can find near by. Carrfour very close and very good prices. I loved that acomodation offers good coffe and dishes. The room is big and nice. comfortable , big enough bed, wich was very important to me. Also its good its close to train station and buss station.

The negative: nesspreso capsules are very few, only 4 provided for 4 persons and 4 nights, and because no housekeeping was performed during the stay we had to ask the owner to provide more. No big deal, there is a Carrefour Market nearby, we bought from there, sugar too. The same for toilet paper. The kitchen should have something to chop vegetables on.

A tidy apartment, with strictly what you need. Communication with the owner was excellent, we got a lot of info about the location and attractions sent in advance. The bus station (no. 60), that connects with railway station and Flibco shuttle is 3 min walk away. The historic city center is 15 min walk away, no need for bus.

It would be good before we stay to be aware of the room allocated. The only concern we had was no sofa to sit on. I contacted the hosts to see if we could move rooms but they fully booked, however they put a really comfy chair in one of the rooms so my father could be comfortable. This was a fantastic gesture and one we really appreciated.

We really enjoyed the comfortable beds, bedding, layout of the flat. Hot shower, lovely kitchen.

The room was clean, comfortable and with all the expected amenities. With an espresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, etc. and Romy&Travis were super kind sharing all the necessary information and tips. I definitely will repeat when I visit the city again!
