Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomMy room was above the terrace, and sometimes the music was really loud. Nothing that the hotel can do, but just be aware the walk from Brussels Nord to the hotel isn't the best neighbourhood...
The staff were the most kind and helpful. Everywhere was really clean and beautifully presented. The bed was comfy and the shower nice too. I got some room service which was lovely.

They weren't in the menu, but they didn't tell us and charged full breakfast Of course after that we went down to have the proper breakfast we had payed 😂

Hong KongStaying at Liman, Brussels was an excellent experience. The contact from the hotel prior to arrival was warm and appreciated. The greetings and early check in when we got there was highly professional and extremely welcoming, including an acknowledgement of our wedding anniversary. The room was spacious and stylish and only a 20 minute walk from the centre of town. Highly recommended.

United StatesI didn’t like the shower panel in the room. It was a clear glass panel, so it felt like everyone could see inside the bathroom, which was uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was great.
I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was good with plenty of options, and the staff were excellent – always friendly and helpful. The location was also very convenient, close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.
