We had a two level family room, with beds upstairs and common area downstairs. The common area downstairs was a bit small, but you can't expect huge apartments in the heart of a historic place.

Location, location, location! Beds were very comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast each morning.

It would have been lovely to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room, or at least decaf coffee in the breakfast offering.

Check-in was very welcoming and the desk clerk was very helpful, explaining all the attractions and providing me with a highlighted map and bus information. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The low ceilings may be a challenge for tall people (although even 170cm+ people may find it challenging). There were some issues with the sink and the shower, but they were addressed promptly.

I was given a very spacious double-decker room under the roof. Extraordinary and very comfortable! There were also coffee facilities in the room and nice views from the windows. Overall, it's a nicely renovated historic building. Very comfortable for a business stay!

Rooms seem way larger in the pictures than what we received. For the price, the hotel is old and the room could be better. In general cleaning was good, only a couple of times it was not properly vacuumed.

Excellent location in the center of Leuven, walking distance to many cafes, main church and stores. Personal were very nice all of them. Breakfast is very good and complete.

There were a few mildew spots in the shower, otherwise the room would receive a perfect 10. The breakfast was low on vegetables, but that's usual in European hotels.

The stay was excellent. Large rooms, generally clean, decent breakfast. I liked that they had a quiet fan in the room I could use.

Our room was close to the kitchen and general restroom. That’s why mornings were a bit noisy. We missed breakfasts for 4 days because it ends 10.00 am, also housekeeping too.

Bedding quality was beyond my expectations.

This is a traditional hotel, which provides much more authenticity than the chain-branded hotels. Staff was very helpful, and breakfast was good. Location is kind of optimal from my point of view, every place is Leuven is within reach by foot.
