Very friendly welcome, Central location, room good for the price

The location in the city.

The hotel rooms are too old, as well as the corridors. Smell old. The furnitures are very old and ugly. The room was on the courtyard, but it was impossible to open the window due to the odour of the restaurant downstairs.

The hotel was clean, even though the bathroom is pretty old. The breakfast was good.

Location, location, location! Beds were very comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast each morning.

We had a two level family room, with beds upstairs and common area downstairs. The common area downstairs was a bit small, but you can't expect huge apartments in the heart of a historic place.

No AC - common in Europe- but could have used one additional fan. Very small bathroom - fine for us but something to note for some folks.

Part of the ceiling fell down in 1 of our rooms, no discount offered?? Also everyone covered in bites, suspect bed bugs but can’t be 100% sure, Get down early for breakfast or they’ll be nothing left

Location is great. Right in the canter of Leuven. Parking was close by and the discounted rate was very good.

Rooms a bit cramped and dated but breakfast was good and hotel was very good overall.

it was very hot in the room in July, and ventilator was not enough, we need an airco in the room.

Perfect location in the center and walking distance from the train station, super friendly staff, and breakfast also available before the official opening of the buffet. The big fan in the room made our stay comfortable enough despite the heat. Good beds. Quiet room at the back of the building - we slept well.

I wouldn't book this hotel in summer anymore, because it has no AC, and it was very hot in June. A fan was available in the room and the staff had done everything possible to make it as cool as possible. The hot water in the bathroom was either broken or took such a long time to arrive that we both had cold showers, including washing our hair. We only stayed one night so staff would probably have remedied that issue if we had stayed longer or if we had had more time. (unfortunately we only stayed in Leuven to attend a funeral in Belgium and had to leave early in the morning)

Easy to find and really close to shopping/eating streets.

The location is great, right at the center, everything is in 5 minutes tops! Also the view is nice, and church bells ringing every hour during the day, which is cute! Loved the hotel! Also the breakfast was quite nice, not a lot of variety but everything is tasty

Unfortunately it was around 30 degrees and we lived on the highest floor, so it was quite hot during the day, nights were colder but still. But there was a fan! Air conditioners are quite rare so I don't consider it a drawback.

Check-in was very welcoming and the desk clerk was very helpful, explaining all the attractions and providing me with a highlighted map and bus information. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

It would have been lovely to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room, or at least decaf coffee in the breakfast offering.

The area is super very central

Very limited hot water, shower flooded the bathroom, no kettle.
