    Spa facilities

Breakfast was limited and only started 9am. The pillows in the room were too soft and the room had a smell as if someone smoke there. We also struggled to manage electricity and due to warm weather outside didn’t have a comfortable temperature in the room (no temperature control).

Everything was great. A wonderful spa area, great food, and comfortable, big, quiet rooms. Everything smelt wonderful too!

    Nothing. It was all great.

Everything was clean and nice. They made us feel very comfortable. Rhe facillities were all good. We are so relaxed!!

The check in time to our room was at 02:00pm amd check out was right after breakfast. We didn't had enough time to relax on the room after breakfast.

Nice room, with adjacent balcony or walk-out.

Really silly restrictions about not being able to visit the bar or restaurant without wearing the mandatory, GITMO-type bath robe whilst being "fully naked underneath". Who has the time for this--if you are not visiting for their thermal spa treatment. Childish....

booked this hotel because all surrounding hotels were fully booked. It was a wellness surprise! I enjoyed my time off, spending it in the wellness area.

the wellness area and the food in the restaurant was really nice.

The spa was amazing and had 2 pools, 4 whirlpools, 2 steam rooms, 3 cold plunges and 8 saunas( one was all Himalayan salt like a cave with salt on floor too, one had a fire place inside, another was infrared, another with music and nature videos, another had something special I can’t think of and the rest were normal. It is a nude spa and you were only aloud to wear bathrobes in the restaurant so we didn’t create any laundry the first 2 days of our 20 day trip.

None of the whirlpools were as hot as a normal hot tub in the US but were warm enough to enjoy. The light switches in the room were tricky as we didn’t understand them the first night and thought we had to go to the door to turn off the switch in order to turn off the bedside lamps and bathroom lights but in fact the door switch also turned off the power outlets so our phones were not charging at night like we thought. You need to leave the door switch on and turn all the lights it operated off separately and then you can control the beside and bathroom lights individually and not effect the power outlet charging your phone. We couldn’t find a thermostat but learned on day 2 we could turn down the radiator as we were too hot and if you run hot like I do you may want a light robe of your own for meals as the restaurant is warm and the robes provided are quite thick and warm.

It is clean and restaurant is quite good, spacious place and you can variate from being inside and using sauna, jacuzzi etc. to outside.

That you cannot wear bathing suit. I find it strange and really not confortable swimming next to old naked men.. Not sure if I come just for this reason that i cannot wear my bathing suit.
