The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast is really great. You get to have plenty of options from eggs, bacon, cheese, fruits, yoghurt, etc. And the hotel is located right in the EU district so it's quite easy to explore that area if you're interested in it.

The room was well sized and had all we needed. Toilet and bathroom with two washbasins were separate. Great choice at breakfast. Its location is not in the most beautiful corner of Brussels, but convenient with the entrance to the metro station Maelbeek just next door. The main European buildings are in walking distance and we enjoyed dinners at the restaurants of the not far away Place du Luxembourg.

The staff were very friendly. The location near the metro was perfect and far from the noises of the centre. Very clean and new. The beds were very comfortable.

Only niggle is that we were given a room on the 2nd floor and the view was crap (looking at a greenhouse) with no privacy. At a time when the hotel was very quiet, I suspect they could have easily given us a room on a higher floor.

Corridors had a weird smell. Also our hair dryer wasn’t working and the bathroom had an awful sewage smell. My kids were in another room and their bathroom was fine. We only stayed two nights so if it had been more, I would have complained to the staff.

The property itself was very nice. Great location right across from the metro station and a great bagel place around the corner. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were also very spacious. Rooms were well equipped and good AC.

Sound insulation could be better, although room was not facing the main street, the noise from the constant traffic was disturbing. Earplugs recommended for better sleep.

Very good location to explore the city. Area around the hotel is nice and safe. Big underground parking in the same building. Breakfast outstanding. Room was very spacious, well equipped.
