Nothing. It was all wonderful and very, very relaxing.

We were made to feel like family and loved the proprietors, their location, ease of parking out front, advice on best chocolate etc. We loved eating breakfast in their backyard and what they served was delicious! We wished we could have stayed for many more days. And if we come back to Europe, we plan on staying here for most of a week, if not an entire week. Much to see and experience in town.

A peaceful retreat in a smart area, not far from the old town. There may not be parking at the property but about 3 streets away there is still a smart neighbourhood which has free parking all day. The relaxed atmosphere of the house and garden with barn were great, as was the excellent breakfast.

We have been genuinely impressed by this guest house! The hosts were exceptionally attentive to our needs and comfort. They also took their time to share with us plenty of useful recommendations. The accommodation was clean, the facilities were of high quality and perfectly maintained. The house is situated amidst a beautiful garden, where we had breakfast on the terrace every morning, which was freshly cooked for us and absolutely delicious! A pleasant 20 min walk to reach the city centre. Tree & B is a rare gem - we are looking forward to come back!

We only stayed for a couple of nights and did not have time to see all the sights of Bruges and as soon as we have the opportunity to visit this beautiful city again, I would love to stay at the Tree & B again.

Ann & Rudi are very friendly couple made feel like at home. Property is located in a very nice and quiet area, 10 mins walk to the city center of Bruges. Myself and my partner slept so well. Also amazing breakfast with local produce. I really recommend this place.

Tree & B was our favourite BnB throughout our 3 week Europe trip. Peter and Ann welcomed us with open arms into their beautiful home. We were provided with maps, guide books and advice on what to see and do as soon as we arrived so our time in Bruges wasn't wasted. The room was great with a super comfortable bed, TV w Netflix, Tea and Coffee and a large bathroom with the best shower ever. And the breakfast was delicious! The walk into town takes approx 20 min and is nice and safe and easy. Thanks for having us Peter and Ann.

Everything was good.

Rudi and Anne were the perfect hosts - warm, friendly and full of useful tips for our holiday. The breakfasts were amazing - every thing was home made and delicious, cooked fresh in the morning. The room was comfortable and clean. And tastefully furnished. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Just the location - it's quite far from the city center and all the tourist's locations. On the opposite side, it's very quite there and there is a countryside vibe in this place.

The house and the room were really nice, it felt like you came to visit your friends in the countryside. The breakfast is delicious, I liked that you can choose what to have for breakfast the next day.

We loved how clean and comfortable the property was. Rudi and Ann were lovely. On arrival Rudi greeted us and gave us a map of the city and pointed out some great areas of interest. The breakfasts each morning were amazing consisting mainly of local and home produce. The property is also within walking distance of the city. We can fully recommend this B&B

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The best place to stay! I have no words that can describe how perfect "Tree & B" is. Excellent facilities, incredible cleanliness, delicious breakfast but the best thing is the attention that Ann and Rudi offer; They are very attentive and cordial; always at service to help! :) If you are looking for a place to stay in a peaceful, with a beautiful garden and delicious breakfast, Tree&B is definitely your best option.

While quite close to the old city of Bruges, it's not right there, and parking is a few blocks from the B&B, but it was not a problem for us or anyone who is mobile. It's not at all a deterrent to staying there.

The 1929 renovated into a B & B that retains its historic charm is beautiful and charming. The hosts are very friendly and hospitable. They provide an amazing breakfast in a welcoming garden. Just delightful!
