It’s in the middle of everything and if you like to walk like me, it’s a perfect location for walking to all the sites. The views from the top floor room are amazing. They serve a full spread breakfast in bed, which is just so lovely. Xavier is a wonderful host

The room was elegant, airy and very clean. The bathroom as well. Breakfast was delicious, and for our final morning, which required an early departure, they provided an in-room breakfast that we could eat quickly. It was a nice touch.

There was nothing we didn't like . Only a small suggestion would be a Nespresso or small kettle in the room.

Everything was perfect. The room, the lighting, the space for the suitcase—every detail was thoughtfully considered. Breakfast is delivered to the room just the way we want it. It’s clean, new, and spacious. The location is excellent. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. If I come again, I will stay here for sure. The host was very helpful too. Definitely come and stay here!

We had a large comfortable and clean room. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided a great guide and map for food and attractions. The location in the middle of Brussels was very convenient. We had a great time exploring the city but we also took tours to Bastogne and Bruges/Ghent. We took day trips to Mechelen and Lille, France via short train trips. We were delighted with the beer, food, and chocolate everywhere we went. The people were also very welcoming to us.

Nice large room in a great location, away from the crowds but close enough to walk everywhere. Xavier was very helpful in providing great suggestions on places to visit. Our room was on the second floor but the staff handled the heavy suitcases for us. The breakfast was wonderful and was provided in the room. Highly recommend.

Xavier was very communicative and checked in prior to our check in with details and to set the access code. He was very friendly and welcoming. The studio itself was very clean and spacious! The location was ideal for walking around the centre and exploring the city. The breakfast was delightful, pastries, bread, French Toast, eggs, juice and coffee!

The carpeting in our room was stained in some areas and we made sure to keep our socks on when walking around. Also, while we expect a certain amount of noise to carry between floors/the hallway in older buildings, maybe some rugs or wall hangings would help - we heard the entire conversation of a couple who came home later than us and stayed in the room above.

Absolutely the host was amazing! They contacted us ahead of time to confirm our arrival and give us the necessary directions/details. Inside the room was a map of the city with detailed recommendations - where to go for small bites vs sit down meals, so helpful! The breakfast was delicious and they went out of the way to see if we had any specific requests. I got a bit ill on our last night and they were able to give us a later checkout in the morning, so considerate! The location was exactly what we were looking for, very easy to get to and close to interesting neighborhoods without being a busy street, we heard no outdoor noise at all (the windows were also quite thick which was great for the temperature as well).

The street is centrally located but quiet and away from the crowds, feels very safe. Very well appointed room, clean, nicely decorated. All we needed was there, large clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast! We’ve had a wonderful and comfortable stay at X2Brussels, highly recommend it.
