It was the perfect week away, the apartment exceeded my expectations and love everything about it! I really enjoyed the spa facilities on site and it was a highlight of our stay

- food smell that’s coming through ventilation from other apartments’ kitchens and/or through open window. - pool was cold, so I tried it only once during the whole week we stayed there. - there was no hairdryer. - no free parking (although there are some spots available for parking just in front of the main entrance and belong to the apartment complex, they’re not free of charge) - no pots or pans to cook a simple meal - one of the chairs in our balcony was broken

Clean, spacious, good and quiet location. Several nice places to eat close to the apartment complex. Amazingly comfortable bed! Good wifi.

We stayed 2 night, when we arrived we had tissues, until the next day we used all of them and unfortunately no cleaning team came to give us another new tissues The restaurant of the hotel, we had a misunderstanding of ordering a cake when it arrived at the table we told the waiter that we didn't order this and we don't want it, he calculated it at our bill and he didn't even packed it for us, probably ate it from our money, very unprofessional!

Sofa- bed was quite uncomfortable to sleep on. There is an air conditioner in the living room, but not in the bedroom. There is a ceiling fan, but an air conditioner might be a better option.

We had everything we needed in the apartment. Room cleaning was offered every day. The staff were very polite and professional. The pool and the grounds around the hotel are very pleasant and well maintained.

On our last day when we checked out, we asked the waiter if it’s okay to eat a little treat that we brought from outside, she said that it’s okay. After we started eating and ordered some drinks from the bar, the waitress came and said that we cannot eat our doughnut because the manger said so. It’s very upsetting and uncomfortable even though we ordered some drinks from the bar.

The place, spa staff, receptionists, and security guards was very kind and generous! They helped us with everything

Location - its too far from everything; staff - didnt explain us everything properly (it would be nice if there are more infos about all your complexes); in kitchen there are no coffee cups, pots and pans…

Unfortunately, we see the hotel being used up year after year. The state of the rooms and common areas could do with some renovation.

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It still looks fantastic. The room is super nice, the staff is lovely and the food in the restaurant is delicious. Very good location!

We stayed 5 days and nobody came to change our towels or to clean the floor. They came only to take the garbage The beach is not 5 mins away like in description. Is 15 mins away

The pool zone is very beautiful and also the food from the restaurant is absolutely delicious

The food was bad, some of the personal didn’t speak english (waiters).the bed in the room was very small and we had a door in our room that communicated with another room ( the door was locked but it wasn’t soundproof, you could hear neighbours whispering).

Most of the activities had an extra charge which is a complete non sense - for example, you have to pay 12 levas for a tennis table game. The parking outside the reception was paid as well - 12 levas per day, that’s okay but there are no free parking spaces guaranteed by the property, so if you are not keen to pay for it, you have to count on your luck to find a free spot.

The whole resort had a superb design, both exterior and interior. It really gave out a border-line luxury feeling. Everything was new and the jungle-like garden with pool was a nice touch. Most people working on the staff were friendly.

We payed for a 2 bed DELUXE app, and we got a standard app, at the 6th floor, last floor, with no balcony coverage so we could not enjoy the balcony…

The place is just fantastic! Heaven!
