The only thing worth mentioning is that there is a pool just below the apartment, which can sometimes be a bit noisy. If you’re a late sleeper, closing the windows helps to block out the voices and sounds.

The apartment was very nice, modern, and spotless, photos were matching the apartment. Its location was perfect—close to everything you might need: restaurants, supermarkets, and just a few steps down to a beautiful beach. From the apartment you could even hear the waves of the sea, which made it extra special. We ate at Niko’s nearby, where the food was fresh and tasty, and the service was quick. The apartment was cleaned daily to a very high standard, and communication with the manager was always prompt and helpful.

The apartment itself was fine, but there’s a serious problem with transparency regarding the cash deposit. It’s not clearly visible in the property description, policies, or anywhere obvious before booking. In over 20 years of booking online, I’ve never encountered such a poorly communicated deposit policy. I made the reservation one day before arrival, and only after confirmation was I informed about the unexpected cash deposit. At that point, cancellation would have cost me 50% of the total price, which is unfair. If a host requires a deposit, this must be clearly stated upfront, before the booking is confirmed — not hidden in fine print. Also, if a guest books and disagrees with the deposit upon learning about it, the host should offer free cancellation as a matter of basic fairness. Booking.com should take responsibility and introduce a clearly visible section dedicated to deposits, just like price, cleaning fee, or taxes. Better yet, Booking should manage the deposit directly, instead of allowing unclear, off-platform cash arrangements that reduce trust and transparency.

The location was very good, and the property offered convenient paid parking at around 12 euros per day. The apartment had slightly outdated furniture, but it was overall consistent with the price paid. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We received a receipt for the cash deposit, and it was fully refunded at the end of our stay, which we appreciated. One downside was the situation with the sunbeds: most were already reserved with towels early in the morning, although many remained unused. By 10 AM, we couldn’t find any available sunbeds. Later, we noticed some extra sunbeds stacked in a hallway, but by then it was too late — we had already decided to visit another town instead. Also, the sandy beach nearby is extremely crowded, filled with umbrellas as far as the eye can see, which makes it less appealing if you’re looking for space or a more relaxed atmosphere.

Location is excellent, down on the beach within minutes. Great view out to sea. Convenient for getting buses, local supermarket, restaurants etc. Pleasant walk along the coast to the old town. Apartment was comfortable. Suited our time in Nessebar.

Generally great stay, we loved it so much, beautiful place. We were 5 ladies together having superb time. Prompt pick up airport transfer organized by the accomodation. Late check in went well even at midnight. We had a spacy, very comfortable 2 bedroom appartment with sea view featuring 2 balconies. All equipment and furnitures were brand new, better than on the pictures./maybe we were lucky and got a renovated one /.Staff generally kind, They provided daily cleaning , we received everything what we asked for . The manager lady was very kind and helpful assisting us with restaurant and shopping options, excursion reccomandation, transfers, etc. On our last day after check out they kept our lagguages until we left evening and could use pool and facilities. Would definately reccomend this place.

Exceptionally clean, fantastic view of the sea and the beach even from the bed, equipped with all necessary even more, proximity of the beach, restaurants, small shops, farmacies, makes it perfect location. Parking in front of the building (paid additionally) is quite convenient. Frankly, quite positively surprised that the apartment was exactly like on the pictures, no click-bait pictures of views that do not belong . Definitely coming back.

Well-equipped, modern apartment, recently renovated. Comfortable beds, great showers. Apartment cleaned daily, and we were provided with fresh sheets and towels twice during our 8 day stay. Great air con and wifi. We had use of the swimming pool, but we spent most of our time at the beach. Short walk to Old Nessebar, which is a fantastic place. We tried different restaurants every night. There is so much choice. Overall a wonderful apartment in the perfect location!

Great location! One minute walk to the beach with a pool that oversees the beach. Room, pool and common areas were very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned daily, the sheets and towels were changed once in our 6 days stay. Kitchen was fully equipped, we came with our 2 kids and had everything we need already in the kitchen. A lot of restaurants, markets, pastry shop, pharmacy etc in walking distance. The old city is also a short walk away, around 15-20 min. Would highly recomment the hotel.

Wouldn't say there was anything we didn't like. May be the pool needed some extra attention as it was retaining quite a bit of rubbish from the sea gulfs making mess around it and feathers from them falling into the water, which wasn't cleaned on a daily basis. Proximity of birds seems normal as the properly is directly on first like to the beach.

The place is clean with new furniture and freshly refurbished rooms, amazing location close to evrything and the old town, fully equipped kitchen with all nessecities. The manager is an amazing lady, with fast and adequate communication , extremely polite and helpful.

Fantastic location right on the sea. Easy walk to Old Town. We were lucky to be poolside. Pavelina, our host, was amazing. Arranged ride to train station for us when we left and helpful little tips about the area. Great start to our vacation.

the apartment was part of the hotel, so all facilities were accessible for us. the apartment was cleaned regularly, with clean bedding and towels provided, which we weren’t expecting, so that was a nice surprise. so close to the beach which was perfect.
